This Inn has a small parking lot but is close to a main car park and the theatre. It opens in the evrning at 5.50pm. It serves traditional English food which is piping hot. We had game pie which was lovely followed by apple crumble....More
We stopped here just before a late afternoon wedding for a quick bite to eat. We had the steak pie and our son had fish fingers off the children's menu.

This establishment, close to the Festival Theatre, seems to have undergone a makeover in recent times, and has improved all round as a result. The menu changes frequently, as do the real ales, and the wine list has expanded into something worthy of study.
