Booked for lunch. Shown to our table then waiter vanished. Returned 10 minutes later. Our starters then took 20 minutes to arrive. Main courses arrived an hour after we did! My wife's lamb and veg on a (cold) skewer was similarly cold. She sent it away and opted for a warm but boring pasta bolognese. Staff apologetic. Our last visit... More

A group of us booked to say goodbye to our work colleague, who was leaving to have a baby. We were extremely disappointed! Having been to this restaurant quite a few times in the past, but not for a while, we all felt the food was dreadful! Overcooked, tasteless, meatball dish had bits of meat, definitely not meatballs, Pizza had... More

Must admit that I am a bit of a fan of Zizzi restaurants but they can vary. This is the second time I have visited the Chichester one and it is one of my favourites. This time we were seated upstairs which I preferred as there was less 'traffic' around the table even if you don't get to see your... More

This is a very great restaurant and I would say family orientated. However I was dining with a friend and we requested to sit upstairs away from the crowd and they said there was no space when we could quite clearly see there was. After speaking to someone else we sat upstairs and took our order, but we noticed that... More

We've always liked Zizzis and hadn't been for a while. For a Sunday evening it seemed about the standard amount of busy! Although they were only 2 waitresses so service was quite slow. Food was delicious! We had a starter, main and dessert each and we were both very happy with all of it!!!!

I came here with my family for a nice meal out. The restaurant is nice inside looking good and clean. As we were upstairs out of the way it took quite a while to seen to even though there wasn't too many people in the restaurant and so this could be a way to improve service at the restaurant but... Came here with my boyfriend today for lunch, were seated immediately and provided with allergens menu. We already knew what we were getting so we were ready when the waiter came back for our orders quite quickly. When they came with my food, they told my boyfriend that they made an error on his pizza toppings where they accidentally put... More

Have lunched here on a few occasions and always found the food and service very good. This may be part of a chain but the menu has a varied range and should suit most people.

A small group of us dined here on Saturday evening and when we arrived the place was packed, luckily we had pre-booked. After being shown to our table our waitress did not get a chance to come back to us for some considerable time so when she did we were ready with both food and drinks orders, after taking our...
