Return visit for lunch with a girlfriend, after way too long! Everything superb, from welcome, to food, service, ambience and cleanliness of the restaurant. I couldn't recommend Thyme and Chillies more highly to anyone who enjoys quality Indian cuisine at an exceptional price.

We had a perfect lunch this Sunday . Very delicious chef special prawn balchao. The curries was absolutely delectable. Wonderful meal really nice atmosphere lovely setting. Good menu and helpful staff also brilliant service. Very relaxing.Highly recommended and looking forward to our next visit.

We have been coming to this restaurant for several years and have celebratory takeaways for birthdays and even Christmas. Tonight, my husband treated us to a takeaway for my birthday. Little did we know that the menu had changed. Yet on ordering over the phone,...the person taking my order didn’t stop me to say the item I was ordering (from a previous menu) was not on the menu. We only found this out on picking up the food and we’re told that it was ‘close to.’ I find this unacceptable to not allow the customer the choice to pick their own dishes, but assume they’d be happy with whatever the restaurant decided. I made a really tasty aloo gobi, yet the one we bought from here was again flavourless. What has happened to the restaurant we’ve relied on? Disappointingly, the replacement chicken dish was bland and sour as was the ripe mango curry which has always been a sweet, rich dish. Today it was bland and watery - without the rich flavour its had before. A restaurant we have lived and supported for years is now a restaurant we can’t go back to. So so disappointed.More

Absolutely amazing food! Being Indian myself I thought the food was very authentic and tasty. We are on holiday and craved home cooked food which is exactly what we got. The place is a lovely setting and spotlessly keen. The ambience was ruined by staff talking loudly between the restaurant and kitchen area which suggests they are not concerned with the customers experience and enjoyment (very noticeable as it was fairly quiet). The food was...just ok, we wouldn't return or recommend unfortunately.More

Beautifully cooked food, a great menu, and excellent service. We enjoyed our meal here very much. We live in Surrey and will come here again when next we are in the Chichester or Bognor area. Would strongly recommend

Had a wonderful meal tonight, the food is just stunning. The menu interestingly different with the added bonus of a specials board. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The little drive out into the sticks, is totally worth it😁
