So we went to Zouks and they provided lovely service, however the steak was very standard. I don't think I would come here again.

Dirty tables. Dirty floor. Dirty clothes on waiter. Disgusting toilets. Two bottles of water £10! Oily curry, see attached pic. Boiling inside and wouldn’t turn heater off. Poor food hygiene rating. Steer well clear. Rip off and a health risk.

Myself and my friend were visiting Bradford and were recommended here. The food is delicious and there is a lovely selection of choices. Lovely service too. Would return when I am back in the area for sure.

It's a really nice place, however the staff kept getting our orders wrong and it took a while to get things right. The food was quick and cooked well. The initial seating area was a little cramped and as a family we weren't offered seating...More

Hi Shuwaz, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you didn't have the best experience service wise and can only apologise if this meant your overall experience was not five star. The upstairs area is available if pre-booked as we need to allocate staff specifically...More
