Mashallah food was beautiful as always, service was brilliant, staff absolutely well mannered will be visiting here again I highly recommend if you do go do try there charsi karahi👌🏽Mouthwatering isn’t even the word it was absolutely delicious.
Came out for hubbys birthday to find this place was not only filthy and sticky (the tables were giving not cleaned for years vibes) the staff just stand and dont bother to come ask if youre ready to order. I am so so glad we...didnt order anything as when hubby got back from toilets he wanted to get out or be sick there and then. Please have some shame and clean up!!More
Half the food was cold.. ordered alu tika it was cold when we told the waiter they took it back and bought another one which was cold too.. seikh kebabs cold too told them to warm them up and they said no it will take...too long to make more so didn't give us any... When we went to pay they had put all the food back on the counters to resell even the one I had taken a bit out of... Disgusting and unhygienic They probably do this with everything that gets sent back... serve it to the next customer I complained and they didn't do any thing about itMore

Got a take out meal here , appalling experience . Although the staff serving us where very polite and generally good . Some of the so called management staff were just very rude . My daughters were waiting in the porch outside the restaurant with...our dog and they asked them to leave and wait outside in the rain ! The reason was the dog was unclean ! Because my parents live local to this restaurant we used it regularly for sit in and takeout. It appears that it has changed hands and the service and quality has significantly deteriorated ! It was Saturday and the restaurant was completely empty .. understandable when you have poor service and poor quality food . Lots of quality choice in Bradford . Will definitely not be recommending or returning here again !!More

I was in Bradford for a morning appointment. I chose this place for breakfast with my wife. We ordered their £7.50 traditional halwa Puri and cholay meal deal. It contained 3 puris, a small bowl of chickpeas, a small bowl of semolina halwa, a little...ramekin of mint sauce and a little ramekin of pickle. The food was good but nothing special. I would have rated my experience as 4 out of 5 but the reason for 2 out of 5 is the desi tea which was horrible. It didn't have any flavour. It wasn't freshly brewed. Food ⅘. Tea 0/5. Went there after family recommendations. Restaurant wasn’t busy, we placed our orders. After half an hour of waiting for the food, we enquired about our order which was fairly basic. We were told it will be 10 mins. After 20 mins and asking waiting staff...few times our incomplete order arrived, and when we asked where is tea . The waiting staff went in the kitchen yet again to enquire about the tea. This place is joke. They just don’t know the first thing about customer services. They didn’t have the decency to apologise for the service. I will not recommend this place to anyone and safe to say I will not be visiting there. It took us over an hour in this cafe to have 2 Faloodas, Gulab Jaman and Gajar Halawa and minus desi tea.More
Visited this place based on recommendations from family and friends but unfortunately did not live upto them. Place was not very busy at around 10.30am with lots of pleasant and willing staff, nevertheless it took a long time for the food to arrive. It seemed...chaotic and disorganised. We ate aloo paratha with channa and desi chai and plain paratha with desi omelette with desi chai. Most of the food was cold by the time it arrived, half an hour after placing order. Ladies toilets did not have any paper and generally not well maintained. Tables weren't numbered and you have to make payment at the cash register to a young lady who did not have any hosting skills and appeared sullen and uncommunicative, as if she had been forced into her role. Maybe it was a bad day for the establishment, but unfortunately the experience fell rather short of our expectations.More
