I've been there a few days ago for an Italian evening. I was stunned for the quality of the food (I am Italian and that was really tasty Italian food, especially for lasagne and and tiramisù!) and for the organization of that lovely evening. Warmly recommended!

The Main Street has numerous cafes to choose from so we were pleased our experience was a positive one. In fact we went on both days we were staying in the area. The menu is varied with lots of different choices and the food is of a very high standard with plenty of staff maintaining a high level of service.

Soup a really tasty dish with lovely bread, lots of organic and vegetarian dishes, found the waitress not as helpful as could be. Wouldn't put me off trying it again

We had a full English breakfast here. Real sausages, bacon, tomato, beans and mushrooms. Served with lovely grain/seeded toast. Excellent, friendly service. A warm, relaxing atmosphere.

Went as a weekend lunchtime treat with my vegan friend, had the most wonderful Mediterranean chunky casserole with fresh crusty bread, so good. Service very good but busy so recommend you book ahead. Do try the cakes as the quality and choice are fantastic. Will be back!

Six of us stayed in Yorkshire on a weekend break and found this lovely place in the town of Haworth. Beautifully prepared veggie and vegan food. Lovely staff, and very relaxed atmosphere. We went back on our second day and ate again. Such a nice place and very dog friendly. The staff were lovely. Will recommend to all friends and... More

Love this cafe - your spoiled for choice in Howarth but well worth a visit. Lovely menu, beautifully decorated in cheerful pastel colours and everything excellently presented. Shared a cake and homemade milkshakes sat in the sun people watching on the village quaint cobbled street. My second visit and consistently good. Love this place x

My partner and I visited on our way back down south because we needed some real northern comfort food and friendly service, and we got it here for sure. All the staff were so helpful when we asked about vegan food and were so friendly and smiley. The cafe itself is so cosy and warm and just what we needed... More

Found it via trip advisor and it lived up to the reviews. I had a tasty gluten free hummus platter with lovely pitta bread. Staff were knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. The Gluten free citrus cake was delicious also. Would definitely be back if in the area.

Description
Cobbles & Clay is a cafe and pottery painting studio at the top of Haworth's Main Street in the heart of Yorkshire's Bronte Country. We invite locals and visitors of all ages and abilities to get creative by choosing from a selection of unglazed pottery shapes to paint and keep - or just enjoy looking at the hand-painted pieces on show while having something to eat and drink. We're open every day and all children and well behaved adults are welcome!

Our extensive menu now features a range of 'no junk, no gunk' meals, freshly made cakes and snacks, speciality teas and coffees, additive free soft drinks, milk shakes, smoothies and organic wines and beers. We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements from a full English breakfast to a soya shake, with a variety of vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free options. Takeaway food and drinks are also available.

As well as buying your own pottery pieces (which we glaze in our kiln for you to pick up at a later date), you can peruse our range of locally made produce or commission a piece of individual artwork. We also sell vouchers on hand-painted pottery, which make the perfect gift for new mums and others. Daisy Days, our boutique gift and flower shop is just a short walk away and stocks labels such as Cath Kidston for your home, garden, kids and yourself!

With free wifi, baby changing facilities and space for private parties and group bookings upstairs, our stunning cafe is the perfect setting for a family day out, celebration (including children's birthdays, hen dos and baby showers), corporate away day, breakfast, lunch or quick coffee. We also host themed evening events which are bookable in advance.
