Quick service and lovely staff. Coffee was brilliant, much better than you'd find in a Starbucks. Food was amazing also, really well done and presented. Aesthetically a lovely, cozy place that's so welcoming. Will be returning here more often!

What has happened at the Residence? We used to love it here and I have posted good reviews previously, but a recent visit was disappointing. The menu is considerably reduced, what has happened to the lovely French toast now some awful stodgy banana bread with...tasteless vegan yoghurt? The omelette, once a favourite was dry and not very tasty. To cap it all the waitress brought the bill and card machine before we had asked for it even though the place wasn't that busy. Will give it a miss for a while, there are better places locally.More

Had a wonderful lunch with my son, the coffee and hot chocolate was to die for, and the food was exceptional. The friendly, happy staff made it a lovely place to come back to, easy parking outside.

Disappointed in our visit. Halloumi salad £10 with one tiny rectangle of halloumi. Asked for another slice and got two small slices, charged for £3 extra! Nice coffee and all else OK but definitely overpriced!More

We'd heard good things about Residence74 and five of us aged between 28 and 89 thought we'd try it out on a family birthday. There was a useful disabled car space on the road immediately outside and the staff and venue were welcoming. We found...ourselves a bit cool at first on a wet airy summer evening with the door and windows open, but we went UDI and shut them! The drinks menu offered a good range of wine by the glass and at reasonable prices. The food on offer felt a bit more limited and perhaps more aligned to preferences of younger generations than those of some of us oldies! We didn't do a starter, and planned birthday cake at home, but between the five of us we tried the sea bass, the mixed platter and the chicken souvlaki dishes. Helpings were generous and the food attractively served. We generally enjoyed our first visit to Residence74 but our main criticism would be the preponderence of fried items on the menu. This rather grated with those of us who usually choose to eat more healthily. Our future visits are therefore more likely to be to sample a breakfast or lunch/brunch.More

Third time having brunch here, the food is delicious! So far we've tried the pancakes, avo on toast and full English, and would recommend all of them :) The coffee is great too!

Came here for a goodbye breakfast with my friend Olivia before my travels to Central America. We sat outdoors and enjoyed a cup of tea and the halloumi and avocado hash, which was delicious. Reasonably priced for the quality I'd say. The service was also...really quick and friendly.More

Outstanding food and really great service. It was our first time here and El was fantastic at looking after us. We had brunch and coffee. The menu is much better than the standard brunch places and the quality of food was really impressive. We will...be back.More

Had breakfast here during my stay in Leeds. A good selection of dishes on the menu, I was told about the fabulous coffee....yes it is worth it so lovely. Have to mention Kiera who was friendly, efficient and really welcoming. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely food as ever in a.modern relaxed setting. Keira was friendly and very helpful in helping us with our food choices. Love that it is dog friendly also.
