Our excellent quality, locally sourced meats and seafood are cooked on your table-top grill after being marinated in traditional and specially selected Korean seasonings and sauces. Along with Korean influenced side dishes, beers. Bulgogi Grill creates a unique and exciting culinary experience. If you're looking for an interactive and flavorful dining experience, Bulgogi Grill is the place to be! We visited yesterday, and from start to finish, it was an absolute treat.
The Experience 🍽️
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the sizzling sounds of tabletop BBQ filling the air. The concept is simple but exciting—you grill your own selection of meats and seafood at your table, all while pairing them with unlimited rice, lettuce wraps, and classic Korean side dishes (Banchan).
The Menu Highlights 🌟
We opted for the Famous Bulgogi Set Menu (€29.95 per person), and it was worth every cent!
✔️ Starters: The vegetable mandu dumplings were crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned inside, while the Kimbap (Korean sushi) added a fresh and light start to the meal. The wasabi and soy sauce pairing gave it an extra kick.
✔️ BBQ Selection: The quality of the meats was fantastic! Our favorites included:
🥩 Bulgogi Beef – Marinated to perfection, slightly sweet, and packed with flavor.
🐖 Pork Belly (Samgyeopsal) – Juicy, fatty, and crispy when grilled just right.
🦆 Bulgogi Duck – A pleasant surprise! The marinade gave it a subtle spice that made it stand out.
🦐 Prawns – Lightly seasoned, fresh, and perfect with a squeeze of lemon.
🦑 Squid – Tender and delicious, especially with the homemade Korean soy sauce.
✔️ The Sides & Dips: The homemade Gochujang dip was a spicy, umami-packed game changer, and the Kimchi had just the right level of fermentation and spice. The unlimited rice and lettuce wraps made every bite customizable and fun.
Service & Atmosphere 🏮
The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. They also gave great tips on grilling the meats to perfection. The ambiance was lively but cozy—perfect for a fun dinner with friends or a unique date night.
Final Verdict ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you love Korean BBQ or just want a memorable dining experience, Bulgogi Grill is a must-visit. The variety, flavors, and interactive element make it a standout spot. Plus, at €29.95 per person for the set menu, it’s great value for an all-you-can-grill experience!
Would we go back? Absolutely! Next time, we might even try the seabass add-on. 👀

Amazing for family dine out! Meet cook on the table to your liking with unlimited side dishes to company the meet 😉 and make sure to leave room for dessert, their banana fritters are to die for!!!
Ps: it is normal that it will leave a smell on your clothes & hair after because it’s a BBQ restaurant :) just the same when you have it at home or elsewhere (unless it’s an outdoor experience) so don’t know why there are some negative reviews about this

Booked for dinner as we were staying in a hotel just around the corner, and neither of us had been to a Korean bbq restaurant before. We could have chosen separately from the set menu options but both decided to go for the meat and fish combination, so we could try everything. We were encouraged by the number of Asian diners - always a good sign when looking for authenticity. And we weren't disappointed. We were presented with delicious starters followed by a generous amount of beautifully prepared beef, pork, lamb, duck, squid and butterflied King prawns which we had a lot of fun cooking and eating along with unlimited rice, lettuce leaves, pickles, sauces, deep fried courgette and sesame seeds. Wonderful. Although the meat tray beat us, we were intrigued by the ice cream on offer, which was quite different to what we're used to. Black sesame, lychee, vanilla pod and mango and passion fruit - each flavour highly individual and delicious. This is not a cheap way to eat out, at £40pp not including drinks, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Next time we're in Leeds we'll certainly be back for more.

The restaurant we had booked was over booked and we lost our booking so we walk along the street and saw Bulgogi Grill in Leeds, it was 8.30pm so we didn’t expect to get it as it was busy but the fantastic front of house got us a table, from then on we had the most amazing evening, we couldn’t believe our luck, what a great atmosphere, what great staff, the attention to detail was superb and nothing we asked for was a problem at all. We had the set menu and the abundance of top quality food we received blow us away. The value for money for what we got was hands down staggeringly brilliant. This is one place in Leeds we WILL be heading back to without question.
If you want a fantastic dining experience then you have to head to Bulgogi Grill on Merrion Way in Leeds.
Thank you to them for making our evening truly very special.

This place is amazing. For the price, we had the best service possible. The staff were so lovely and attentive which made it really enjoyable. We told them we don’t like fish and instantly they told us of everything that may contain fish and they swapped it out for more meat or veg options. Then they brought my boyfriend out a free birthday dessert which I thought was so kind. I spoke to someone on the Instagram page when booking the meal and they had such fast responses and were extremely helpful. The marinated beef was AMAZING, kind of barbecue flavour. I also loved the grape juice, it was fresh and really good quality like it was home made, I was happy to pay a lot for this meal. I’m so impressed with the staff and how well this went for my boyfriends birthday, it was such a good experience and would reccomend it to everyone as it’s unique and fun!

Excellent experience to have authentic Korean food and drink in Leeds city centre. A wide variety of options available for the grill, however some were under seasoned, especially the pork.
The service was also very poor, with having to wait half an hour for drinks and had to ask twice. The seafood selection also came out 30 minutes after the main.
We paid extra for the special menu to include swordfish and tuna, however you get an extremely small amount and is not worth the extra £10 per person.
Overall great experience but over priced for the quality of food and service.

We sampled some authentic Korean BBQ food in the heart of Leeds City Centre. The location of this spot is right next to the Arena so the perfect place to enjoy some pre-concert food. The concept of this restaurant is really unique in that you cook your own food on the table-top grill- a fun idea for a date night or catch up with friends. The food is all locally sourced and of high quality. The idea of the grill is that it is a healthier way of eating BBQ food.
The price for the menu we sampled is £27.95 per person for an appertiser of Korean Sushi and Vegetable Dumplings, followed by a large selection of fresh meat and seafood that included Beef, Pork, Bulgogi Beef, Duck, Prawn and Squid. Everything is lightly seasoned or marinated in their signature sauce so lots of delicious flavours come through during the cooking process. There is also fresh Mushrooms, Garlic and Onion to cook which also contribute to the flavour. You also get unlimited refills of Boiled Rice, Lettuce, Korean Sauces and traditional Korean Veg such as Kimchi. The fresh vegetable options included paired really well with all of the meat.
The staff are so friendly and are on hand to explain everything and help you with anything that you arent sure about as well as ensure you are constantly topped up with the free refills. The restaurant is clearly a Leeds favourite as it was consistently busy even on a Sunday evening.

Ate here last night and was impressed. It exceeded my expectations.
We opted for the £40 per person menu in which you get slices of beef, pork, duck and bulgogi beef. Prawns, little chunks of tuna, swordfish and sea bass. All sides such as lettuce, rice, noodles etc are refillable on request.
Really pleasant environment, good service and reasonably priced wine.
A lovely treat.

Where to begin? Every time we go to Bulgogi, we receive a warm welcome and this confuses throughout the meal with attentive staff who nothing is too much trouble for.
We travel a good hour to eat at Bulgogi, and it’s worth every minute and every mile - even some of our friends who have started making the same journey, agree!
With a dining concept like no other, Bulgogi is fantastic, whether you’re a couple for an intimate meal, or a larger group looking for a more social experience.
The food is always fresh, and the Bulgogi beef is a delight (but on balance, it all is). The meat and fish comes out on a huge plate, thinly sliced for cooking. In charge of cooking your own food at the table, meat and fish cooks in No time, and an abundance of sides from kimchi, to rice, pickles and a whole raft of others to make each mouthful different - and the best bit? All of these sides are replenished as you make your way through them! You won’t be leaving here hungry, trust me!
The drinks selection is equally impressive (my top tip: have their plum wine! It’s one of the best I’ve had).
I cannot recommend a visit to Bulgogi enough!

Came for a long overdue date night with my partner for our anniversary. Booked in advance a week before and when we arrived we’re sat straight away. We opted for the combi set menu and the amount of food that we were given was plenty! The sides were fantastic and everything was absolutely delicious! The staff were so friendly and attentive, always checking on if we needed anything.

We visited fir the Valentine meal at a cost of £40 pp.
We had never visited this room if restaurant before.
It would have been nice if someone could have explained the concept of it for us.
Small portions of meat and fish that you griddle yourself and serve with rice and vegetables.
The quality of food was nice and I was full but not enough for hubby. He was still hungry when we left!

Having been once before, I whole heartedly say that not only have been for a second time, but will be returning more often.
Firstly the staff are so welcoming and friendly and will happily guide you throughout the process as Korean bbq has a different approach to standard restaurant styles.
Secondly, the food is phenomenal, through the wide range of different meats and unlimited refills for the salads, rice and sauces!
Thirdly, the atmosphere is for all intents and purposes, reminiscent of home, you can eat in comfort and leave with a smile and a full belly!
Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place!

Something a bit different. The meat was all lovely and fresh and perfectly marinated. We had a mixed one with seafood and the calamari was so tender. The sides were delicious and can be replenished. They were very good at checking if we wanted anything else. I also found it refreshing that they didn’t push extras or pester for more drinks etc. can’t wait to go again!

Came here on our weekend visiting Leeds. Can’t fault the service, friendly and always on offer to refill the rice and vegetables.
Food was lovely and I did leave feeling full.
My only criticism is that at £40.00 per person for the special menu it is expensive for what you get.

Thought we’d try something different!
Unusual little restaurant each table has a built in grill and different meats are available and then cook it yourself.
we ordered duck, beef, prawns and pork which comes with unlimited rice, lettuce (to make wraps) and various dips, and
side dishes .
Everything was tasty and fresh the various cuts of meat were delicious with lovely marinades, they cooked in a minute on the hot grill. When you book the table is yours for 90 minutes so a nice leisurely late lunch.
Staff very pleasant, bill came to £63 with 3 beers and service charge.
