The day after the night before-good quality and really tasty proper roast. We went for the chicken, great choice, tasty. Good service, great staff willing to help, well done chef and all the front of house, well worth a visit

Good local-feeling pub just steps away from the busy pedestrian through-way serving good pints and good small plates in a quite, late afternoon atmosphere.

We were looking for somewhere to grab some lunch- other places we normally go have very long waits- then we spotted this little gem. The food was brilliant, we really liked the decor. This will be our first choice for lunch in the future!

Yes. The pub is supremely dog friendly. “Bark” snacks, the canine equivalent of Bar snacks are always available too.

A fresh take on the English Ale House of old. Serving lunch, brunch and dinner matched to fine wines, craft beers, excellent non alcoholic drinks as well as a proper range of draught beers. We have a lovely garden with huts that can be booked for larger groups. We show good quality sports in the background whilst you enjoy you food and drinks or take part in the Quiz or the numbers festivals we have in the garden.
