Great location opposite Windsor Castle. I live locally, have been to them all, and this is the best sushi/pan-asian spot in town. Great food, very freshly prepared and add to that the friendly, sparkly staff and you have a winner. Ask their opinion, they are...very knowledgeable about what they produce.More

I haven’t been to Windsor for a while, so it was a surprise to see a different Japanese restaurant closer to the town centre - as we would typically have to wander down past the Old Firestation at the other end of town Decor is...cozy inside You do get the vibes of being inside a traditional sushi bar, especially as you walk in and spy the sashimi fridge counter Service was spot on Friendly and efficient all night and food came out in good time The food itself was extremely well presented Typically a good sign of good Japanese food as it’s all about the details Even serving the sashimi on crushed ice…bonus points So far, this place is ticking all the boxes and getting a five star review And then we taste the food Listen, it wasn’t bad If you are not a regular consumer of good Japanese food, it would probably come across as decent to very good But sadly, the sashimi had no flavour - you couldn’t distinguish between the salmon and tuna for a start Even the wasabi and ginger lacked any kick or bite to it Unagi roll? The food was absolutely delicious! it came quickly so we didn’t wait long. It all tasted fresh and they really don’t hold back on the flavour. I am a long time customer of theirs. However there is one thing and that it has become more...costly. over the year, they have raised their prices by around £3. There Pokè used to be £8 and now it’s around £10.50. This has caused me to lessen my visits a lot but i still visit on occasions.More

We were visiting from Doncaster and we were so pleased to find this hidden gem! The restaurants interior is beautiful and the food is amazing. Service was fabulous and JR the manager is a charmer! Food was delicious …. and what a selection of sushi and Asian dishes. The sweet chilli chicken and rice is a winner with the salt and peeper chicken Bao buns coming a close second. Really...worth a visit and you get to eat in a quirky historical building.More

Our first visit to this lovely restaurant and I hope it won't be our last. Myself and my Mum were looking for a light bite and came across this cute place. My mum hadn't ever eaten sushi before so was a little apprehensive but after...sharing some salmon dragon rolls she is now converted. We loved it! And to top it off, they do a delicious Long Island Iced Tea!More
