Went in, looked round but decided not to buy. Too expensive and they don't have a slicing machine for bought loaves, which for rye bread is really handy. Jungs down the road do slice bread if asked. Also I later found the same biscuits in Waitrose for £1. This shop charged over £3 for the same product!! That just too... More

Another online order placed, and as always I'm very happy. The krakeur sausages are my favourite, with bratwurst a close second. To be honest, for a deli specialising in German food and sausages, I would've liked to see more varieties of sausage available, but I guess they're limited by demand and what sells. I placed my order at the end... More

We were walking past early one evening and thought we'd buy a nice loaf of bread. There was a large choice of whole meal breads. We asked for ours to be sliced. We didn't realise it was going to cost us £6. However the bread was delicious, which was just as well as we felt obliged to eat every last... More

We have been purchasing our German bread from the bakery for nearly two years now. The quality of the bread is sublime and genuine, not an english adaptation. I can vouch for this given I am German. Not suggesting that German style bread made by some english bakeries is not good, it just lacks that gene-sequa , this bakery produces.... More

I've used them a couple of times now, and they've always been very helpful and friendly and answer email enquiries quickly. My personal favourites are bratwurst and krakauer sausages, and their senf - German mustard. They also have lots of different types of spaetzel as well, which I love. It's all easy to cook, the sausages freeze well, and the... More

I've never visited the shop, but order online whenever I run out of my favourites that I can't buy anywhere else. My German mother relies on me to keep her stocked up with delicatessen goods. Delivery charges are a little steep, but worth it, and the grocery items are expensive - but I will keep buying in the hope that... More

I have never visited the shop in person, but I shop here on line a lot, being able to get foods from Germany that we can not get in any other shop is wonderful, best ever, the curry ketchup is to die for, the cakes are excellent, having lived in Germany for most of my life , I have missed... More

This is a heat place for bread & baked goods. I also love their groceries, but sadly they are on the very pricey side (I guess not enough volume sold to make it more affordable...?). However the bread varieties with various seeds are simply the best! I come here often and love that the bread is still very good a... More
