Afternoon tea is advertised showing beautiful bone china outside the cafe and hanging in the window. Sadly this is not the case and the tea is not made with boiling water, hence tastes rubbish. A 10% tip is added automatically - this is shocking. I...like to tip good service as I see fit.More

My family and I went on a day out in Windsor and we saw a cute tea room next to the castle and we decided to go inside just to look at the souvenirs and pots just thinking it was a tea room however we...were surprised by one very young waiter who was bubbly and welcoming. The young lady showed us their menu and mentioned that they had a mixture of food mainly being Italian so we got a table. And all I can say is that the food was amazing. My children has a spaghetti with tomato from the kids menu whilst my wife chose the stroganoff which was delicious and I chose the spaghetti bolognaise which full of flavour and had this very fresh taste. Moreover we had then had cakes which were homemade I believe and had two coffees which I must say were excellent. Overall I would really recommend people to try this restaurant which specialises in several things. Wether you go there for a whole lunch or dinner or some coffee . I would really recommend!!More

Really nice place, shabby chic style, unexpected mediterranean menu, I guess owners are from there. Too bad I was not very hungry because all on the menu looked really good. Great wine as well.

Love visiting this cafe whenever we are in Windsor. The position under the castle is quintessentially English, yet the tables outside on the cobbled street, and the Italian family who run it, gives it a positively Mediterranean vibe ! The service is always warm, friendly,...and fun. The food and coffee (or tea) are always good - and really are a perfect blend of Italy and England. Can’t recommend this place highly enough for either lunch, or just coffee and a cake !More

We visited here on Saturday. Had scones and tea. I expected homemade scones but instead they were small flat ones like you would buy in Tescos and heated in the microwave. We could not fault the service though and the setting.

Meeting with my family for the first time since the pandemic was made extra special by the warm welcome at this fab place. The friendly family atmosphere, the chat with the lovely staff and of course the great food made it a special day. Thank...you especially to the young waiter who was never too busy to chat through the menu and make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommended. The photo is of the crooked house around the corner. If only I lived nearer I would love to open a shop in it. Leeds is a bit far to commute haha.More
