Nice surroundings and a good meal. Menu has more options than just Pub fare so a good place to eat for more typical food such as steak, burgers, and pasta.

Great location and a very nice eating atmosphere. However the rustic chips were awful and the price charged for fish and chip should represent a higher standard of culinary. Why use catering packs for chip -where is the art of cooking?

Enjoyed 2 dinners here this week, the first being so good that we decided to return. On each occasion we shared the lovely warm bread, olives, hummus, and smoked almonds starter. Both times I had the rib-eye steak, prepared slightly differently by different chefs, but both were delicious. Mrs W had the skate first time round, which she said was... More

We had dinner here one night during our stay. The food was excellent, well cooked, good sized portions and very tasty! The staff were brilliant, made us very welcome, and were very helpful and friendly with great service. We will definitely visit again next time we're in the area. Thoroughly recommended!

Expected this to superb - but felt it was just average really. It's possible that we just caught it on an off day.

We eat a lot in Broadway, meeting up with family at least once a month. We have always wanted to try the Lygon Arms and after reading the reviews decided to book for Mothers Day. The main restaurant was full so we were encourgaged to book Barrington's Brasserie. What a disappointment. Before booking I confirmed that there would be a... More

We decided to eat at the brasserie as we were staying next door at the Lygon Arms, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, the place was cozy and the staff very friendly, wasn't too keen on the red painted walls though if I'm honest, it made it look more like a pub than a relaxing cotswolds... We booked and visited on a Friday evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had duck egg with asparagus, hollandaise and potato rosti which was wonderful. The rosti was devine. Im already planning a return visit! Recommended.

We visited on Saturday lunchtime...although we nearly didnt, do not be put off by the stiff door..just give it a push! It was not particularly busy, but soon filled up,, but the service was exceptional...not rushed but appropriately timely. I took the option of the Beetroot and Apple soup with goats cheese and it was smooth and light...absolutely beaut. This... More
