Received a Christmas voucher of £50 for afternoon tea. Booking was a nighmare as they say they're fully booked. After waiting months to get in, the place was empty when we arrived. We received 7 finger sandwiches between the 2 of us consisting of ham...and tuna, 2 scones, 2 slices of cake, 2 crumpets, 2 tea cups of soup and a lot of tea. I would estimate £10 cost max. No-one came back to us to ask if everything was ok or whether we wanted more tea. There was no heating and felt unwelcome. Worst afternoon tea we've ever had.More

I treated a friend to a Spoil Me afternoon tea whilst she was in isolation... Booked and all delivered within 24hours, not only was it devine and exactly what was needed to cheer her up but... Lisa at JellyPickleJam was fantastic sorting it all out...and Diane for delivering right on time too... Amazing surprise which I managed to see via a whatsapp call... two superheros 💕 thanks again. We booked the Spoil Me afternoon tea as the end to a two day stay in Evesham. This quirky tea room was the icing on our cake! We were welcomed promptly & had a lovely table where we could view all the quirky items around...the tea room. Our afternoon tea comprised of a novelty soup in a cup, choice of tea & cake, a fruit scone & two selections of finger sandwiches. Everything was wonderfully fresh & obviously home made, well presented and a good sized serving. The ladies in the shop were friendly & chatty & the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We would strongly recommend a visit & whilst there, even if you don’t need the loo, you must see the very lovely powder room! An all round treat, thank you xMore

My wife and I had the ‘Pamper Me’ afternoon tea at JellyPickleJam and it was delicious. It comprised sandwiches with 2 different fillings, hot buttered crumpets, cakes and a scone with jam and cream – yummy! The service was prompt and friendly and the setting...was lovely. Highly recommended.More

The bread, crumpet, cake and scone were all gluten free but so good that you wouldn't have known. The afternoon tea was served in a delicate China tea service and cake stand. The teapot even had a hand- knitted, buttoned-up tea cosy - delightful. The...ladies serving were very kind and the shop itself was full of nic-nacs, brightly coloured and fun and we listened to 1940/50's music as we relaxed on a comfy settee. I highly recommend this little gem tucked away in a mews. It's well worth seeking out.More

If you don’t mind being treated like something on the bottom of the staff’s shoes and made to feel the most unwelcome person in Evesham, then this will definitely be the place for you. For most of us though, don’t bother going anywhere near this...place. What we thought was a cute courtyard to have a tea and cake break, it turned out to be awful. The final straw was the downright rude attitude to my wife who asked to see the cakes on offer, not even acknowledging her request and walking away! Do yourself a favour and walk across to the market square and choose ANY of the places there as you will find they are all willing to be welcoming to you. AVOID THIS PLACE.More

To say we are crushed by this review is an understatement and it seems, communication can be a marvellous thing when it works both ways. Due to the vulnerability of many of our elderly customers and my teams constant indoor exposure, we decided to maintain...More

We were gifted afternoon tea as a Birthday treat...and tucked away at the back of a shopping arcade we found our destination! It's certainly a feast for the eyes! Quirky, individual...abundantly clear the owners have poured their heart and soul into creating a unique tea...shop/gift shop and meeting point for fellow crafters, whose creations are available to buy. For anyone who loves Winnie the Pooh and Alice in Wonderland, you'll feel right at home! The food and service was great in equal measures. Beautifully fresh, homemade soup, sandwiches and scones and lovely selection of cakes too. Would definitely recommend and will return when next in Evesham.More
