Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Second overnight stay at the Wyche . Nice clean traditional pub serving a good selection of ales plus good pub grub. Breakfast is tasty well cooked and plenty of it. If you are in the area then the Wyche is worth a.look. Excellent views from...the bedrooms and close to the hills if your interest is walking. We will be back. ThanksMore

Had a lovely 2 nights at The Wyche Inn. This isn't a luxury hotel but a country pub, that said our room was spotlessly clean and the views were spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful with plenty of ideas and tips. Parking is a...bit snug but otherwise it was a nice pub, good beer and good food, breakfast was a lovely cooked full english but they catered for the Vegetarian in our party and also the coeliac. Location means you can just walk round the corner and onto the Malvern Hills Have already booked for next yearMore

I just popped in, part way through a walk, to use the facilities. The bartender was cheery and welcoming. Got a coffee to go on the way out. Spot on 😁

A kids meal was £9 pounds !!!!! £9!!!! I expected the jumbo cod fish fingers to come out and be very bloody impressive for almost 10quid for a kids meal, but no, it was one greasy frozen deep fried cheap fish finger, the cheapest chips...you can get and beans.... also £4 for a bowl of cheapy chips is in my eyes too much... I expect premium chips for that, not the slop you would get from a kebab van. I thought about complaining but what is the point? And we were hungry. Is it the fact that the Tories and brexit have destroyed the country so much that an independent pub must serve up crap produce at top prices in order to survive? Or is it just greed and and poor choices from this particular establishment?! Who the hell knows? DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO REMORTGAGE YOUR HOUSE AND BE DISSATISFIED you get 2 stars because the beer was good ! Rant over, but surely admit you cannot justify £9 for a crappy kids mealMore

Thank you for your review. Glad you enjoyed the beer. Wow, that is a rant! Our food is not 'cheap or crap ' and fish fingers are deep fried, as they are, but our oil is not old so will not have been ' greasy'...More

Situated up in the Malvern Hills and very near the Herefordshire and worcestershire border, there are almost unparalleled views here. Happily that's not the only reason to make it all the way up the hill. Impressive food (can recommend the beef chili enchilada, and my...partner and son enjoyed their meals too) and also a great selection of local ciders. In fact a better cider selection than I've seen anywhere else locally. Friendly vibe and excellent service too.More

I booked 2 rooms for my family to stay at. They liked it. Said the views from their rooms were amazing. One of my guests said the shower wasn’t that great and the bathtub was too small to bathe in, but it would suit a...child or short person. Negative - Next morning when I went there with the intention of saying goodbye to my family I found the lady very standoffish with me; I’m 52 years old and don’t appreciate being told to make sure I’m quiet as there are residents still sleeping!More

Booked for 6 as part of a family hills walk after seeing a local friend post who I know to be a real foodie singing praises. The most perfect day walking the beautiful hills and stopping off for what was an exceptional roast lunch. Piping...hot, generous portions, delicious home cooked roasties (that’s often the bit that can disappoint in a pub but it absolutely did not), well cooked veg, loads of extra gravy, speedy service, I could go on and on… rounded off with a lovely local Ledbury and Hereford Ale. Really wanted the pudding as they were proper English puds but just too full with a few miles still to walk. Gonna do it next time! Will definitely be back. Faultless food and drink and lovely friendly pub too. Thanks so muchMore

Stayed here twice in 2021 and am booked again for May 2022. Lovely position high on the hills, comfortable rooms with extensive views over the Severn Plain. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice, and you can have a substantial packed lunch if you wish,...as well as good pub food during the day and evening. Ideal for walkers and very dog friendly, with walks straight from the door on the Malvern Hills, and easy access to Great Malvern itself. The rooms have a separate entrance from the pub, which is very convenient. Small car park but there is parking on the road, which is quiet at night. EV charging point round the corner at the Geophysical Station, which is worth a visit and allows free charging while there during the day.More

No, the Wyche Inn does not open on Monday. If you are staying there, you can stay Sunday night and leave on Monday but you can’t stay Monday night and the pub isn’t open either.
