Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Second time here, arrived on busy Saturday lunchtime, staff were working hard! Nice welcome, opted for the last table outside as no space indoors. We had Meze platters, with extras... delicious food, well-presented, with friendly efficient table service. The young lady who served us still...found the time to chat briefly (a simple rarity - proper Customer Service. Think her name was Emma). Our favourite place to eat in Malvern, we'll be back!More

This is a lovely little cafe tucked away in the centre of Malvern. We used to frequent their cafe in Worcester which was our ‘go to’ regular, but sadly they closed during the pandemic. That said, we moved to Malvern and very happy to say...that this branch is just as good. We’re regulars now and frequent on an almost weekly basis, so much so that we have our ‘own’ table. The food is gorgeous, of particular note are their eggs royale and mezze platter and the specials are usually excellent. For desert, their pecan pie is utterly delicious and not to be missed. Highly recommended!More

Friends and I visited Malvern for the day as was so sunny. Had the last table here for lunch. Great sandwiches and beers and fab service. It is clearly very popular as folks being told no free tabes just yet - but they all came...back later! Ham & chutney sandwich was stacked with proper cut ham! Would reccomend to anyone visiting!More

Stopped for a coffee on a busy Saturday morning and as we didn’t have a booking had to sit outside (we were cold) until a lovely waitress kindly invited us inside to a recently vacated table. Just had coffee (delicious) and Parkin which was AMAZING...- served warm with crème fresh. Can’t wait to go back for a meal and more Parkin!More

We’re on holiday in Malvern for a week & we’ve had lunch in Mac & Jac’s twice so far. Great coffee and delicious food. Enjoyed the Thai duck salad & a mezze plate the first time, both excellent. Yesterday we made it a main meal...with an amazing spiced lentil, tomato & coconut soup followed by delicious walnut & blue cheese tarts with salad and new potatoes. All first class. The staff are very friendly & efficient. We’ll try to fit in another visit before returning home.More

Friendly staff, fresh cooked food. Not overly much choice on the menu, more of a light breakfast/lunch etc. if you aren’t fussy there will be something on the menu for you

Amazing super fresh lunch. So much choice. Watching other people's foods coming out, easy to keep changing your mind. Don't think I'd be disappointed with anything from here. Definitely returning. A fantastic find when on holiday

We dropped in for a snack lunch and it was just what we wanted. Very frienldy, helpful staff. A good choice on the menu (my pached eggs and bacon on toast were delicious). Good value for money. There's seating both inside and outside and, an...added bonus, it is dog friendly.More

Really superb light lunches, salads and savoury tarts as well as cakes and coffees. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and it is in a lovely quiet spot but still easily found.

Visited this cafe for a drink and cake. It is situated in a fabulous location in front of the museum and this is maybe why their offerings are, in my opinion, rather overpriced. A can of lager was £6.50 and a Bakewell tart was £5.50....The Bakewell took quite a while to arrive as they apparently need to heat it up slowly and unfortunately was not to my taste with excessive jam and practically no tart. I didn’t get the impression that the cakes are homemade. It’s ok here but I wouldn’t return I’m afraid.More

What a lovely cafe! Great food - breakfast, lunch or just coffee or cake (which helpfully comes in two sizes). Visited three times over the weekend - was that good! Very friendly, helpful staff too.

What a hidden gem!!! Located at the side of Malvern Museum, this place has brilliant & efficient service, the most delicious coffee we’ve had probably anywhere (6 of us agreed) and the breakfast was well worth the money, we all had eggs on toast with...extra sides and you definitely get what you pay for- a plate full! You’d find no better cafe in Malvern. Absolutely brilliant.More
