Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Popped in for lunch, had one of the wraps, which came with potatoes and salad. Also tried their special hot chocolates which was very nice.

This is now my favourite place to eat. Dog friendly, even bought him treats and a bandanna. The baklava is the best I have ever tasted although I did have my eye on the last lemon pudding but someone beat me to it. All of...the savoury pastries are delicious, it's hard to choose which one. Portions are generous. Staff are just lovely. Breakfast menu looks delicious may have to try that.More

We attended the tasting evening, a beautiful selection of starters, mains and desserts. On entering the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and every member of staff we had the pleasure of meeting were friendly, polite and went out of their way to help. The food...was AMAZING! Each dish bursting with flavour and complimented each other really well. The staff took their time to tell us about each dish and the presentation was superb, we wanted to jet off to Greece straight after to indulge in more of the same delights. If you have the chance to go please do as you will not regret it!!More

Absolutely fabulous lunch, the food, the drinks, the people were all simply fantastic. Mam’s moussaka was as good as anything we’ve had in Greece and so much better than most.

On the first day of my trip to Worcester, my close friend and I simply went to a chain coffee shop in town. After a bad experience there, I opted to go to a highly rated one in town and as an experienced barista I...would say I am quite picky with my coffee and even the food a cafe sells. So, based off of the highly rated reviews of the sweet Greeks we decided to give it a try. All I’m going to say is, I personally would not return. It would be a much cosier atmosphere if it wasn’t for other customers constantly leaving the door open after entering (with the staff never bothering to go close it themselves). Not only did the cold get inside, but the awful smell of people smoking outside did too. For drinks, we had a luxury hot chocolate, an americano and a Freddo espresso. As I have already reviewed on another café, why call a hot chocolate luxury when you are really not offering something different to a regular hot chocolate. It was watered down chocolate, not rich in flavour at all. For the americano, it was just water and bitterness, I COMPLETELY understand that this specific coffee should be bitter anyway, BUT, not to this extent. I’m not sure if it has to do with their coffee beans or just with the cleanliness of the machines but such a simple coffee should not be destroyed like that. The Freddo espresso was actually enjoyed by my friend as she has visited Greece on multiple occasions and that is her go to cold drink. We did also have some food alongside our drinks, not too impressed but I wouldn’t claim that it was terrible. The pastrami breakfast was nice, the chicken wrap was bland and the Greek custard pie was of supermarket quality but edible. The staff were nice which added a bit to our experience but when ordering our drinks and food the gentleman behind the till was very adamant on making us get more from the menu. One star might seem harsh but after already experiencing a bad café in Worcester and turning to reviews for something better, I am just disappointed.More

Been coming here for coffee and Baklava for months and decided to try the tasting menu on one of their themed nights. Did not disappoint and the food was excellent. A tasting menu of four starters, four mains and three desserts were all good quality...and very tasty. Too much for us and we took the desserts home for later. Great atmosphere and service was excellent, staff and owners very friendly. We will be back!!!More

We went on a theme night which we were not expecting. Just happened to walk by saw how lovely it looked and asked on the odd chance if they had a spare table. Ended up having a lovely dining experience with beautiful quality authentic food....Went again one lunchtime and had real tasty wraps together with a coffee. Don’t hesitate to go.More
