The overall visit to the tandoori was awful. Rice was watery along with the curry, chicken was not cooked throughly. Well over priced. Terrible customer service and no food hygiene while serving the food.

Everything very nice except for the prawn puree which was very bland. Usually the nicest Indian food that always tastes great.

We had a takeaway from here during out weekend at Brynowen, found the chicken tikka dishes tastier than the meat ones. Nice flavours but the hot dishes not quite spicy enough for me, vindaloo next time.

Absolutely love this place! The takeaway is pretty great, but having a sit in meal is even better. Always good customer service and the food is pretty awesome too!

This is a small restaurant with great tasting food and not over priced. No drinks licence but you are welcome to take your own booze.

Really enjoyed the meal. Decided to eat in, service was polite and excellent. Good value- we had 4 poppadoms with the pickle tray, 2 of the more expensive mains and rice and it was £26. If the owners invested a little money on the decor this place would be packed every night. It is very old fashioned. The sad carpet... More

Very nice meal. Son who had never eaten Indian before loved the food. Great that is a BYO restaurant. Doesn't take cards though only cheques or cash. It is a small restaurant, very cosy.

Stayed in Borth for a week, and was really looking forward to an Indian curry. We phoned order through and was told it would be 40 mins, (and they only take cash just to let you know). It was clearly apparent that when we got there 45 mins later to collect, they hadn't even started the order. Was very expensive... More

I'll admit that I was slightly put off by the 2 star rating, but we decided to give it a go anyway. I'm glad we did. The food was fairly standard curry fare. We had popadums to start followed by makhani, Malay and Kashmiri chicken dishes with Chana, rice and naan. It was good size portions and tasty enough. Service... More

Had, the works, poppadoms, shame-kebab then a lovely spicy main dish which I can't remember the name of, as I had been drinking most of the day after the carnival. The, food is always good, if you sit in or take out. The restaurant doesn't have a drinks licence which many don't, so you can take your own, Ive usually... More
