Took my Mum there last week for her birthday treat! Such a lovely little place, always busy, lots of people you know, and the food is always excellent. Great lasagne, with the small tray of potatoes/garlic bread, help yourself from the salad bar - all tasty and home-made. Remember to try the chocolate meringue for afters - delicious! People are... I just popped in to fill some time. It is a nice little place but a little cluttered and dated in decor. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a scone and latte, which were fine. Nice hot latte, the scone was very light but I think the butter had been sat next to something savoury as it had... More

It's not a place I would recommend - the menu is mediocre and the food is just basic and boring! It's convenient and has parking but boring.

We stopped here for a coffee recently and when we looked at the menu we decided to have a light lunch, just a panini to share and a coffee each. When it arrived they had thought to give us each a salad dressing and separate knives and forks. Great friendly service, excellent food and coffee and a nice gift shop... More

We had two pannis and i had shepherds pie with garlic bread. Also ginger beer, elderflower and a milkshake. Desserts in the cabinet looked delicious as always. All our meals were well presented and very tasty. Loved the garlic bread which was a muffin. Unusual with the shepherds pie and veg but very tasty. We decided to have mixed fresh... More

This a lovely lunch and coffee shop. You can also enjoy cakes/fresh cream meringues if youre feeling wickedly indulgent. There is a gift shop as you go in. Many things are there to buy including crafts, even scarves and handbags, youll be delightfully spoiled for choice!
