We were recommended this restaurant and boy did it deliver very friendly staff made you feel welcome as soon as you walked in. Bit disappointed as they had run out of lasagna but the choices we made were amazing pate, mussels, meatballs and baked pasta with bolognese sauce. We visited this restaurant on our last night in Aberystwyth and it was a good way to finish of our weekend. Highly recommend a visit.

Very quaint restaurant with a lovely Italian feel to it. Small but well planned out to comply with Covid regulations. Spotless clean.
Menu choices are good and my meal of mussels followed by Prawns and pasta was delicious, I ate every bit of it, throughly enjoyed it and it was exceptionally cooked,
My husband had a pizza however this smelt burnt under the base and he mentioned it to the staff member who immediately got him a replacement and thanked him for giving them the chance to rectify the problem. It was dealt with swiftly and the subsequent pizza was delicious.
Beautiful meal and we wish we lived closer so we could make this a regular venue of ours,
Service is exceptional and food good quality at reasonable prices Could not fault this restaurant.

We thankfully booked ahead, as a lot of customers were turned away at the door. The staff were very professional and attentive, and the food came quickly. Everything we ate - two starters, mains and a shared pudding - were delicious, generously portioned and well presented. The wine was great too. The restaurant is cosy inside, and feels very calm and welcoming. It would have been nice to see more fish and vegetarian options on the menu, especially given the location, but there is certainly enough for everyone’s tastes currently.

Three of us visited in May while on holiday. We couldn't fault anything in this splendid restaurant. Its atmosphere is cosy, the service good humoured and prompt and every dish we tried was top notch. We had 3 courses (including extras), cocktails, a bottle of wine and soft drinks and the bill was a very reasonable (for 3 people) £130. Tremendous.

Me and my partner were able to book a table here on Saturday night due to a cancellation just before us phoning 🙌 we wasn’t familiar with the area and wasn’t sure were to park so ending up being a little late for our booking but we phoned and the staff were so understanding and patient with us which we were very thankful. The food was amazing did not disappoint atall we even had to order a starter each n a third to share as the menu was so outstanding. I highly recommend everything we had( mussels, prawns and ravioli to start) n not far behind was the fillet steak that was cooked to exact perfection of what we asked for 👌 thank you so much for a beautiful evening involving the happy smiley friendly staff rite down to the mouth watering dishes of food.
When we come back down to stay in the area we will definitely be booking again ☺️

If your looking for somewhere to eat this is the place to choose. Visited twice while on holiday and each time the food was excellent and the service was first class, family run and authentic Italian cuisine. Only a small restaurant with few covers so booking is essential , closed Tuesday and Wednesday. This was truly one of the best dining establishments in the town

We chose this Restaurant after reading the Trip Advisor Reviews and were very pleased with our choice. Inside the restaurant its lovely and quaint, all waitresses wore masks which was great and we were seated upstairs on the first floor, there were still partitions in place. I'm vulnerable so I appreciated this. Food was amazing and tasty, we opted for Meatballs and Garlic Mushrooms for starters, mmmm, and then amazing Montradini and Fettucini Gamberi with Ciabatta Garlic Bread for Mains, all washed down with a bottle of House Red, so lovely and the flavours magnificent! Would certainly recommend and go back! Thanks all, great service, very friendly, very safe xx

Came here to celebrate with some friends, the staff are so amazing and friendly. The food was delicious, definitely the best place in aber !!! Top quality home made food that left us full for hours ! My friend was vegan and they did incredible meals for her , never seen so much effort and love go into a place. I will definitely be returning!!!!! I have never been happier with an evening, the staff ensure that our every need was met in a stress free environment, thank you for making our time memorable in this difficult time x

I've lived in Aberystwyth for almost 6 years now and never thought to come to the Little Italy. Me and my boyfriend came here after it just opened after the closure of the restuarant due to covid. We we're greeted by a lovely and friendly member of staff. As soon as I walked in it felt like i was in Italy - the decorations and aesthetic of the room we're perfect and there was even Italian music in the background. We sat downstaits next to the bar. Would of liked to of seen upstairs to see if it was as good as the downstairs. For startes I had the Bruschetta which was lovely - even came out on a plate made of slate which added to the Italion effect. There were so amny delicious options for startes i struggled to choose! For mains i had a tomatoe and bacon pasta dish which was very nice but also spicy ( maybe an idea to warm customers that the dish is spicy by labelling it on the menu). Was too full for destert but was happy to see there was a lot of traditional Italtian options such as Tirimasu and Limoncello and many more!
Absolutley loved this place from the decor, food and staff everything was perfect. Can't wait to visit again!

Thank you so much for visiting us, and supporting local businesses. Unfortunately due to social distancing we’re unable to allow customers to wander between the floors of the restaurant, but next time you come we can certainly try to accommodate you on the upper floor if there is availability!
The Penne Arrabiata is one of our most popular dishes with the mention of fresh chilli in its description, arrabiata means “angry” in Italian, the name of the sauce refers to the spiciness of the chili peppers, however, we appreciate your feedback and will make a more conscious effort to explain that is one of our more spicier dishes. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you and your partner again soon!

Booked for a Sunday night having just arrived in town. Highly recommended and high quality. As good as the real deal, and compared well to a pizza/pasta restaurant in Salerno Italy. Fabulous pizza with really light base (not thick and/or crusty like the main stream places) Great Toppings. The pasta was just as good. The tiramasu was out of this world.
On top of that the staff were helpful, cheerful, energetic and obviously believed in what they were doing, Truly great customer service & great atmosphere
The restaurant was so good that we booked in for the Monday night too
Cannot reccommend this place highly enough. Thanks so much

It is a cute little restaurant just off the seafront, the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The deco is quaint and cute and has a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The menu has a variety for meat eaters, pescatarian and vegetarians, plenty of choice. The food was delicious and the portions were more than substantial!

Do not hesitate to visit this restaurant. We found on a Sunday at 2pm we hadn't any idea where to go for a meal that night. The options on trip advisor and other sites were limited for a sunday. This place was closed but I Facebook messaged them and they messaged back within 10 mins offering us a table with a really friendly message. The food was absolutely outstanding,the mussels were to die for,all the sauces were beautiful,steak melted in the mouth. None of us were expecting a great deal but were we wrong,I would go back every day if I could to work my way through the menu. The staff were also great so friendly and charming. Thankyou for the best meal I've had in a while.

Food was lovely but can I just say that me and my Husband who are profoundly Deaf, had the most amazing service by a lovely lady called Sarah. She has made sure that we were happy with everything and even tried her best to communicate with us, using gestures etc. And this lady even asked us to teach a little sign, so she can make sure that we were happy with everything. No one has ever done this for us in other places. She is very willing to learn some British Sign Language, just for us, and it will be useful for future wise, in case she has anymore Deaf people come in.
Thank you Sarah for looking after us in Little Italy, and for remembering to remove your mask, to communicate with us, every single time you serve us, or when we ask for more drinks etc. No one barely do this for us, and we thank you for this. When we visit Aberystwyth again, we will definitely be returning here again. Thanks again.

We arrived in Aberystwyth on a Friday night and naively without having booked anywhere to eat - we stumbled across Little Italy who, despite being fully booked, managed to squeeze us in before a later booking. Friendly staff and good quality Italian food. Would dine here again!

Booked Little Italy for my wife’s birthday. The restaurant is very intimate with a cosy Italian feel. The staff are exemplary and are very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt as if we were their friends and known them for years and Perfect recommendations given by them what to choose for our meals. The starters we all had pate which was lovely. The main course we all had a pasta dish on the recommendation of the staff. Wow stunning. I genuinely believe you would not have a bad or average meal here whatever you order. Cannot recommend Little Italy enough.
Thankyou very much for a wonderful meal and a wonderful time. When we visit Aberystwyth we will again book your restaurant as it’s a perfect Little Italy.
