This little coffee house is in one of the towers of the Town Wall and up a flight of steps. The room is therefore circular, and the best view is from one of the arrow loops****. If you are unlucky, then ***. The coffee is...ok and the little cakes are good.More

An amazing little hidden gem, what we wanted at the end of a nice weekend away in Wales, to grab a great cup of coffee with quality, from such a stylish, mature coffee shop... they made the drinks with great care and profession too! We...had flat white, lovely taste with aroma, although it was more like a latte, it could’ve been stronger. We’d definitely go back there if we visit Conwy again, and would love to have a seat with the great view from those tower windows :)More

An a lovely spot close to the castle, lovely views over the estuary. Intrigue surrounds the sighting of a ghost. Very atmospheric.

Just across the road from the castle is this lovely little coffee shop. Not massive but get a window seat and you'll have amazing views across the harbour. Coffee very good - welsh cakes great - price is ok too. Try the welsh cheese and...biscuits for something a bit different and tasty. Not good if you can't manage stairs tho.More

Visited here twice in the week we were in Conwy. Great view out of the window. Small but quirky place. Only do a few sandwiches and cakes but are very nice Good for any time unless you want a full dinner. Toilets are down a...spiral staircase, almost like going into a dungeonMore

We used to come here years ago before it was just a coffee house and served food. I think they have made a mistake dong that because it was very empty when we visited on a sunny Saturday in May. Coffee was average (Lavazza is...a cheap coffee) and they had practically run out of cake at 12.30!! I had the last piece of Victoria sponge, my partner had the last but one raspberry cake and there was just a few millionaire shortbreads left and that was it! Very small selection of sandwiches pre packed and one pie on offer. I really could not recommend that you go out of your way to visit this place. The only really good thing about it is still the view.More

Appalling attitude. I called in today with my 2 year old who was desperate for the loo and I asked politely if we could use their facilities - I was told in no uncertain terms that they were for customers only. I was just about...to become a customer, but my priority was dealing with my son’s immediate concern - I wasn’t even asked if I’d like to buy something, which I would have done! How unkind.More

We must've come just after the rush because it was fairly empty, but lots of coffee cups and plates on tables -- a one man show, who acted as barista, busser and server on a Wednesday afternoon. My boyfriend ordered a scone with cream, jam...and butter -- might as well have it all -- and it was the best thing I've EVER tasted ... It was better than the Conwy Castle experience -- and he could barely think about what to order for dinner because out of all the food we tasted in Europe, this little snack was definitely Top 2.More

After reading such good reviews I was looking forward to visiting this place. The best thing about this cafe is the view. The service was shocking, staff were very rude, the man who served us was ignorant, the coffee was served Luke warm, there are...no toilets. As a frequent visitor to Conwy I will not go here again.More

Thank you so much for your kind review, Karen. Incidentally, should you wish to refer to somebody as ignorant, please be aware that the coffee may have been lukewarm, not Luke warm. It is not a person and does not require a capital "L". I...More
