Had a night out with friends recently in Conwy, and the first place we stopped at was Ye Olde Mail Coach. The lady behind the bar (others called her Tracy) made us feel very unwelcome from the moment we entered the pub. She looked down her nose at me and my friend who she served at the bar, and spoke... Had a drink in here before dining out. Friendly enough staff and cheap drinks. Seems to be a locals pub but it was welcoming. Would imagine it can get quite noisy and busy late on but OK for a quick drink.

Popped in to the Olde Mail House a couple of times in the evenings for a drink. Its a busy pub in a very central location that is used by both locals and travellers. Never had any problems in there, everyone was friendly with a mixed age range of folk (early 20's to up to pensioners) I will say too... More

Small ish pub nothing to shout about but fine for a couple of drinks off the main Conwy high street. Busy so obviously appreciated by locals. Drink prices were very good value and the staff friendly.

We come here quite often, resons being, the place is IMMACULATELY clean! The staff are a breathe of fresh air! The atmosphere is always jolly and happy! Always some night or event going on, bloody brilliant job - Tracey, well done you! The pub is the best in Conwy!

This is a nice, small pub in the middle of town. Good place to pop in from a drink and a real English pub house experience. It's not fancy but it does have some fun qualities and a good place to check out.

I've visited Ye olde mail coach twice in the past year, and on both occasions was not been pleased with the barmaid Tracy who I found to have been particularly racist and spends more time smoking rather than paying attention to her customers won't be visiting here again.
