A warm welcome not only by the staff but the lovely log burner next to the bar. I was spoilt for choose as there were so many things on the menu which all sounded delicious. I was not disappointed the food was fantastic!

We were looking for a 'dog friendly' pub where we could take Archie and popped into the Panton Arms for lunch. What a find! We had steak wraps which were so tasty. The owner even brought Archie water and some nibbles. The decor is attractive and clean and the food was well presented. We will certainly return as it is such... More

I stopped off at this pub after a long walk from Beaumaris to Pentraeth. I was soaking wet from all the heavy rain and had my rather large dog with me. The bar staff were extremely friendly and stoked the fire, to warm me up. The starter of mussels and roast lamb for main was just delicious. Ed, the owner... More

12 of us visited the Panton Arms for a birthday celebration meal. The food was great, lovely pub grub with something for everyone. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely visit again.

Went today with my partner and met with her brothers and sister in law. Dog friendly environment and a warm welcome was greatly appreciated and the food was excellent. Will definitely visit again and good value.

I really didn't feel like cooking so suggested to Hubby that we dine out. We've not dined at The Panton for about a year. In that time, there have been pleasant changes to the decor and a wood burner has been fitted which makes it feel very cosy. The menu sounded great. It was busy in the pub, the food... More

Had a great night at the Panton. Food was excellent especially the Haggis. Super atmosphere and traditional ales some from local breweries and the famous Black Sheep always on tap. The evening was a sell out and hopefully will be repeated next year.

Really disapponted with lunchtime food and would avoid on future visits. We had ordered 2 fish ,chips and mushy peas lunch time meals. The home made chips where awful, covered in grease and fat which provided a slimy covering on the plate. Both fish had been overcooked with the batter a dark brown greasy covering rather than golden brown as expected. I can,t... More

I think I've reviewed this once before but it's always good to go back to see if first impressions were correct. They were. This unprepossessing pub is first class. a nice pint of Black Sheep and a truly superb dinner of belly pork on mustard mash which would have been worthy of far more salubrious surroundings. Highly recommended.
