We have just had the best food we have had on a long time. The Sunday roast is excellent but the pies are a thing of beauty. I don't think I have tasted pastry so good. The food is cooked fresh so don't moan if...More

We first found this location on a previous visit 4 years ago when we were staying nearby. We went first for their Sunday lunch (had the lamb) and then went back a couple of time for dinner. One of the best sticky toffee puddings that...More

Very mixed place, pie was good, scampi good, lasagne ok, chips excellent, burger not so good and cold veg. As others have said the exterior is horrible, the inside could be described as cosy but on a dark night I would say it maintains a...More

What a gem to find, we randomly booked ahead and they were so kind to open the pub a little bit earlier a group of 13 of us. The food was prepared on the spot so we didn't mind waiting a bit for that, the...More

Yes very welcome. The staff are so welcoming and if you don't bring your dog/dogs in they ask you where they are. Love this place.
