I've visited Cwellyn on many occasions. I've always enjoyed really hearty well cooked food but today I can't say the same. 30 minute wait for starters to arrive when the pub was empty. Dry unseasoned trout and potatoes, overcooked risotto that tasted bland and had...More

Their food service needs improvement. They brought a burger with no condiments whatsoever and acted put out when I asked for more than a dribble of catsup for a basket of chips.

Campsite is very nice. Clean facilities & really good showers. The pub is nice, food disappointing for the price. Could be better & the portions are way too small.

En route from Llanberis Pass on the motorbike stopped here for a bit of lunch. Lovely little pub/restaurant on this very scenic route and they had a very good menu. The food was lovely and the views absolutely picturesque.
