We were staying nearby and called in for a drink. We then decided to come back for a meal. All food was hot and served really quickly. Will definitely come back again.

If you don't want anything fancy this hotel seems to do lots of food based offers to cater for most tastes, some vegetarian fayre included. The menu is simple 'pub food' incl burgers, scampi, gammon etc with choices of sides including an upgrade to seet...More

Nice looking place. It ends there. Dragged 2 large suitcases up and down 45 stairs to our room. Bad enough! Room just okay, nothing special. But, long black hairs in the tub and sink. Dinner.....OMG. How can anyone really screw up an American hamburger????? Shoe...More

Very much a chain pub, with nothing glamorous about it...food was ok, filled a hole and does the job...Good pudding though! Slow service with just 2 staff working; checking in at the hotel, taking orders, pulling pints and serving food!

Called in here at the end of a long day out. Just for drinks. Excellent choice of wines, lagers etc. Try the Berry on the Beach cocktail, delicious but beware it is more potent than you may think lol

Popped in for late lunch while visiting Brecon (hoping rain shower would pass), nice and clean, smart décor (looks like it has had a refurbishment recently ?). Plenty of seating throughout, we managed to get a lovely table in window so could look out over...More

Yawn!!! Why bother if you can't do it properly. No loo paper, No hairdryer, no toiletries, television came on by itself twice during the night, the only good thing about their Welsh breakfast was the poached egg
