Never have I complained, I ordered nearly every week around £50. Had a green piece of plastic in my curry. Phoned up and they said they don’t believe me as they don’t have green things in the restaurant. Absolutely horrible service saying I’m lying
The food was absolutely disgusting, it was full of oil and water. I even had to drain my food. It was not edible!!! The chicken tasted like rubber. Honestly it was the worst thing I’d ever tasted. I then complained they asked for the food...back. And then decided to tell us that they will give the refund tomorrow and to keep the food. How disgusting. We paid in cash and they refused the refund. I’ve added pictures. They speak For themselves. Avoid this place like the plagueMore

Been using this takeaway for a long while, with curry being my favourite, eaten many curries across the U.K and this place is a winner. Always hot and well presented, never had a problem, all this along with good prices. Thanks Taj, keep up the...good work.More

We ordered four chicken biryani with sauces, and sides . There wasn't enough chicken in the four dishes to make one decent one !! First and last time, only ordered from here because the rumney balti doesn't deliver. Best Indian by far in Rumney

Unfriendly, unclean , the curry had Lots of sauce and very little meat. Noodles were stale, dry and tasteless

Waste of time,ordered a delivery and the driver tried to add £2.00 to the bill,then the complete order wasn't even there but when phoning to say about driver and the order all I got was"well were busy so cant send rest of the order have...50% of next time", no thanks wont order again and don't like trying to be robbedMore
This is the first time that we used this restaurant. It was very good quality and very tasty. The price was very reasonable and home delivery was available also. Highly recommended.
If I could not select a rating I would! Ordered trough Just Eat app. Two hours later food had still not arrived. Rang takeaway and they said the driver was late collecting and would be ten minutes. Rang back half hour after that and was...told the same thing. Staff on phone called ‘Sunny’ was rude and left the phone on the hook. He hung up on me twice and did not apologise. Absolutely appalled. Customer service was terrible! They even told the just eat advising after I had called them that there was a road closure yet after driving myself there was not! Will never use again!More
Worst ordering experience ever. No update. Over one hour late. 0 customer service. Not worth your time or money.
Ordered via just eat. They’re less expensive than other places and the nearest to us so have ordered a few times and found them consistent in that the curries are a little too sweet but not bad tasting overall and nicely spiced and they turn...up between 15-20 minutes early and though quite hot are not what one would consider piping hot so warm your plates in the between ordering and them coming for best tasting results. As I said not too pricey and good enough for a hassle free midweek dinner.More
Ordered a take away via just eat..1.5 hr estimate for delivery which we were ok with but actually took 2.5 hrs and was luke warm. Had to ring 3 times to find out where food was and got fobbed off each time, such poor customer...service, £2 refund offered for a £40 order.More
