Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely food. Make sure you try the lardy cake. Staff are friendly and helpful . Great to have a branch in the villiage.

I admit I haven't tried their bread but the Chelsea bun and doughnut were very average, the latter verging on stale. I like a nice cheese and onion pasty but theirs, sampled twice to make sure, were terrible.over halfvthe pasty was crimping, the pastry rather...limp and gressy and the paltry amount of filling consisted of a gooey cheesy mash, which may have been extruded from a nozzle. No texture, no potato chippings, no onion, no cheesy bits. I expect a lot better from a west country firm. The products are all shipped in from Bristol, not prepared locally with very little hand crafting going on.More

Visited this bakery this morning to buy a few baguettes, pasties and cakes. I asked if they could make me a ham and salad baguette and was told “they don’t do them they only had what was displayed”, I left without buying anything. It’s nice...to know they’re doing so well as to turn away money so easily. Not impressed with this place at all and will never visit again.More

The Parsons bakery thst I visited was in Rhwibina but have been to this one before. Both in my opinion are crap. The Rhwibina bakery has rude staff. An older woman who looks peed off with life and can never ever smile at any customer....If you don't like working here, get another job. No real tasty cakes. Most of them taste stale and dry. I believe the only reason they get a look in is because there are no other bakeries around. There maybe soon though to give them a run for their money!!!More

When this place opened it was great, it's had a lot of managers in its short time in the village and they've all been great, myself and work colleagues visited it everyday sometime more than once a day especially after 2pm but unfortunately since the...Lovley Scottish lady has gone the place has just gone down hill to the point in the last few visits iv just had to walk out due to amazing slow service nothing really ready as in savoury selection very poor thank god for the coop and I haven't seen the area manager about of late as she made a massive difference.More

Went in the other day for a Bacon Bap with butter and brown sauce...no baps, but ordered with doorstep cut bread...was handed food in bag but when got home found it was a sausage "bap" with red sauce (which I can't stand). Previously ordered a...Panini, but that again ended up being lukewarm on the outside and stone cold on the inside! The ovens have a habit of breaking down! Staff are entertaining though.More
