We came here as a group of five, and were well looked after in an environment which was very new to us. Went here for an anniversary meal with my partner and it was amazing! The woman who greeted us was lovely and talked us through the whole process as we'd never had hot pot before. We ordered two broths and both were delicious and full of...flavour. We also had the meat set tray which was great, the pork meatballs were delicious. Veg was fresh. The two cocktails we had were very unique and tasty, a melon cocktail and a lychee one. All in all everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere of the place was brilliant and we can't wait to go back.More

We booked a table on Friday as we were visiting Wales for the day from Wiltshire, England. We were instantly met with by a really friendly and welcoming waitress and seated to our table with some iced water without even asking for any. I was...pretty confident navigating the menu and the format as I knew what to expect but the waitress had great knowledge and really helpful tips regarding choosing the spice level, timings and how best to go about everything. The food was delicious, prompt and true to the pictures on the ordering menu and help was at hand if you ever needed it. Half way through another member of staff popped over to our table to replenish our bases just like that. By the time we were so full that we couldn’t possibly eat any more it was 2 hours later to our shock. We never felt rushed or pressured to order anything else etc so it was a really nice interactive fun experience rather than seated, eat and out the door. Having worked in the industry previously I have nothing but praise for the restaurant, all the staff and especially our main waitress (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) - truly fabulous! The only downside was that because you pay before you eat tipping could be hard when lots of people don’t have cash these days. Luckily I carry cash for times like this but I am not sure if there could be technology to tip online after the meal.More
Went to Hotpot spot for some dinner not entirely knowing what to expect but it was amazing. The restaurant is cosy, service was exceptional and the food was insanely good. We tried 2 cocktails which were both lovely and tried a variety of ingredients to...have in our hotpots which were all super fresh and tasty. A refreshing change not to be greeted with, 'Hi guys, can I get you any drinks?' before you have hardly sat down. Instead we were welcomed with the offer of a jug of iced water and a quick guide through the menu as this was...our first visit. Maya, our waitress, could not have been more helpful. Mocktails, suju, gyoza, hotpot with vegetable and meat sides, dipping sauces & finally mango rice desert. Such a feast! My nephew brought me here after he'd made many visits. I'm so happy he did. Very authentic experience of Cantonese hot pot. I have visited 4 times since they have opened. Every time I come back it's just as delicious and enjoyable as the last, I would and have recommended to as many people as possible. A once in a...lifetime experience if you have never tried. One of my favourite broths is the beef and ginger, i usually have the knife pare noodles as they absorb most of the flavour.
