Riverside Sports Bar And Kitchen is one of the few historic pubs left in Newport, situated in the gateway to Newport City Centre, adjoining Clarence House the pub is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment, renovation programme whilst remaining open which aims to create an urban feel providing comfort and the latest technology and entertainment for our guests.

The Riverside has had a refurbishment and the decor is spot on for a sports bar.
Food was amazing. Plentiful hot and tasty.
Atmosphere was great with a live band.
The team were welcoming and attentive.

Met up with friends for a bite to eat... Recommend the hunters chicken which was absolutely delicious.
A great atmosphere, it was open mic night so had the pleasure of listening to some amazing artists... even had a dance!!
A return visit is already planned....
