Great Place!

This is such a great little restaurant. We haven’t been for a while, and I don’t know why, because when we do it never fails to impress! The staff are so friendly and lovely. I couldn’t decide what I wanted tonight, so the manager took...his time recommending dishes that would suit my tastes. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been before!More

Great food, dreadful parking.

Excellent food, loads of choice and it tasted amazing. Service pretty good, but they did forget our drinks and we had to flag a waiter down to reorder. Huge down point was parking. Had to drive around a bit to find a space. Not easy...in a busy area. Would put me off eating here again sadly. But glad we tried it.More

As good as ever!

We had a really good evening at the Shoboraj, one of the best Indian restaurants around! The staff are always so polite, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Would recommend the lamb sag balti.

Gert Lush

Father in Law, 72nd birthday, so we went here (not for the 1st time) for a family gathering (14 of us). Excellent food and service. I had the Shahi Thali consisting of tikka masala, lamb with spinach, vegetable curry and chicken buna with raitha, pilau...rice and naan, taster meal. This did not disappoint in anyway, just like a mini buffet, possibly the best Indian restaurant I have been to, and I have been to many in Bristol. All of us really enjoyed our meals and we will return again. Thank you Sammy and the rest of the staff for a lovely evening.More

Exceptional Family Birthday Meal

The best Indian in Newport by far. Haven’t had the chance to visit for a while due to moving to Swansea but booked in with the family for a meal on the weekend and the food was outstanding as it’s always been previously. Great service...within the restaurant and all the staff are very friendly and always helpful. Also have the option to order takeaway which is brilliant too! If you’re in or around Newport and want an Indian then the Shoboraj is the place to go!More

Delicious

Super Service

Amazing time and amazing food

Lovely experience whilst visiting family. Staff were attentive, kind and very welcoming. The food was amazing and well worth its price. All that you want in an Indian cuisine. Was recommended by family, extremely pleased (and full) with the food and service.

Amazing restaurant full of love!
