Exceptional
service from the staff at Hatti. Recieved a warm welcome, staff were respectful of our time to figure out what we wanted from a menu with a wide and varied choice. The food was beautiful, hot and fresh- we were all very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Waiter service was fantastic- particularly Shuro who was friendly, helpful and very efficient at his job.

I came here for my birthday with my best friend. This was my first visit from the outside the restaurant it looks plain inside the decor is beautiful very stylish. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our sever abz was helpful and knowledgeable about dishes I wanted a starter I couldn’t see listed saag aloo but he said this could be done for me. We started with poppadoms, sauces my friend also had onion bagjis and samosas we shared some between us. All the starters were stunning. My friend ordered the butter chicken for main I wanted a lamb dish with a bit of spice abz recommended the relish ghost dish in house specials and suggested a mushroom and garlic rice. The curry was stunning, the lamb was so soft it just fell apart cooked to perfection was spicy but didn’t overpower the flavour of the dish. As they knew it was my birthday abz arranged a special surprise with my dish it came out as. Swan 🦢😍 please look at pictures so pretty. I couldn’t get enough of the mango passion cocktails 🍹 not sickly just went down so easy. Ended our meal with baileys and chocolates. I’m so glad we visited here one of the best Indians I’ve ever had I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend special thanks to abz for making my birthday special.

Just had the most beautiful meal at the Hatti this evening celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Sam and Abz made us feel very welcome and they were the friendliest waiters who couldn’t do enough for us. The service was 10/10 and as for the food it was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, very fresh and piping hot. This is our favourite curry house and we will definitely be back again! Thank you Sam and Abz, for making it such a special evening for us!!

Had a menu pushed threw my door this week so decided to place an order Saturday evening for delivery only to be told the price at the end of my phone conversation was way more that the menu suggests, when I questioned why I was told rather rudely by the person on the other end that it must be an old menu I have and the prices are correct. When i told him the menu was only delivered this week he was adamant I was wrong and it couldn’t have been delivered! What scam is this to put a menu through your letterbox only to be told when ordering it’s an old one and the prices are significantly higher!!!

Never having been to the Hatti and having heard great reviews about the quality of the food I was really looking forward to our visit on 7th January.
We were celebrating a 60th Birthday Party and there were 21 of us.
We were aware that a party of 60 guests were also attending the restaurant so we arranged our booking to be an hour prior to this group and pre ordered every meal to make the event easier to handle because the need for taking orders was unnecessary.
Everyone arrived prior to the 7pm booking and the birthday boy was in the restaurant by 7:05.
Starters were served promptly although only a few people had them.
Drinks were served promptly and plentifully but main meals were a shambles.
It was as if we weren’t important to the staff and, after many many complaints, at 9:38pm our main meals began to arrive 2 hours and 38 minutes after our reservation.
Even then it wasn’t good because my meal was tepid and a further wait of 10 minutes for my rice to arrive ensued so almost 3 hours after arriving my complete meal was in front of me.
The person opposite me ate her curry and 5 minutes after finishing it her rice and chips turned up so over 3 hours for hers……🥲
The main reason for the delay was the large group booking and that it was ‘hectic’
Having pre ordered and allowing an hour gap before the large group arrived this should never have happened.
The food was very nice, just a little cold, but did not make up for the huge delay in service.
The staff offered no free drinks as a means of placating our group and come payment time the waiter knocked £2.95 off our bill which was close to £55.00.
As much as I enjoyed the food I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
In my opinion the restaurant should never have accepted the booking of 60 people because it just couldn’t cope with it and left 50% of the restaurant with dreadful service and meaningless excuses.

order a takeaway on new year eve never again terrible meal
order through justeat meal arrived was stone cold the wrong sauce was delivered for my wife chicken tikka biriani & my meal which was lamb tikka shatkora was so horrible due to the meat being so tough.
rang the restaurant to complain & in a rude way basically told us we have to sort it with just.
We follow up a complaint to justeat

justeat reply back & they Refused a refund & we appealed with the same answer
Disgusting service from them & yourselves with no option of a refund from the restaurant or just eat

I'm really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, especially on New Year's Eve. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive cold food, incorrect orders, and tough meat. That’s definitely not the standard we aim to provide.

Went to this place today after my friends have been here a few times, 2 of us are coeliac, so it’s a serious issue for us. Waiter claimed to understand what gluten free meant then proceeded to ask if rice has gluten (it doesn’t). Despite following up to ask further detail, and asking the waiter if he understood what gluten free meant, he continued to say ‘yes I think so’.
Unfortunately this is a place where they don’t seem to understand what putting peoples lives at risk means. If you are an allergy sufferer, I highly recommend you do not consider this venue

Here for Christmas day, first time not having a traditional xmas dinner. What an absolutely beautiful experience. The food was delicious, way too much, we were given containers to take the rest home with us. The service was impeccable, the staff could not do enough to ensure we were happy. Definitely recommend. Thank you Hatti for giving us a great experience

This was our second visit in recent weeks, this time with a party of 9. Once again the food and service was excellent. Every dish was as described with its own distinct flavour and texture. All were delicious. Even staples such as onion bhajis were crisp and obviously made with care. The staff were friendly and attentive, indeed every course was quick to arrive. Hatti has cemented itself as our favourite for Indian food. Many thanks!

There was a very limited choice for vegetarian dishes and all the dishes we ordered were very greasy with excessive amount of oil. The style of cooking and taste appeared to be more Bengali rather than Indian. There was no traditional Indian drinks on the menu either such as Lassi.
We requested some papadums to nibble on whilst browsing the menu but were told we can only have these once we have ordered the main course. Although the staff were very friendly and polite, we would not be returning anytime soon

Hatti exceeded all my expectations - don’t be fooled by the location! The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, plenty of authentic Indian dishes to choose from. They don’t hold back, Each bite was a burst of flavor, perfectly balanced. I can't wait to return and indulge in their culinary delights again!

We happened to be passing on a late Saturday night and fancied a meal. We quickly googled the best reviewed, and this venue came up with excellent reviews so we headed there. We are so very glad it did! We didn’t have a reservation but this was no problem for the team, they sat us straight away. It’s clearly a very popular place, everyone was out celebrating and the staff were accommodating everyone brilliantly. Alam was especially brilliant as our waiter, he even ensured I could customise my dish to suit my dietary requirements. Food was delicious, arrived very quickly and the staff were very attentive. We’ll be back!

Went to Hatti on 7 January for the first time in several months.
Food was okay, though some of the dishes were spicier than they have been previously.
Very disappointed that the service, which was consistently top class when Zee ran the place, has dropped quite markedly.
The food was served quite timely, but we were not asked if we wanted any further drinks, nor were we shown the dessert menu. When we ordered further drinks, two of the party of six did not get theirs.
We were made to feel quite unwelcome towards the end of our meal and while we were finishing our drinks, with staff constantly coming back and forth making it quite clear they wanted us out.
Without asking, the bill appeared and one of the staff stood there with the card machine until it was paid, not giving us any chance to review it, or to have a pleasant chat between ourselves after our meal. When we were able to review the bill, it transpired that we were charged for two drinks which we did not have or indeed order.
Doubt we’ll be back. What a shame.

After both hearing and reading positive feedback, my partner and I wished to choose a restaurant that would leave a legacy of wonderful memories.
We knew that this was classified as fine dining so we expected to pay more than we'd previously done for the same cuisine.
Sadly, although the staff are both attentive and polite, we left still hungry. I usually can't eat a lot. However, the expensive mixes grill contained a lamb chop with literally one small piece of meat protruding from the end of a elongated bone 'hidden' in salad. The mixed grill also contained 2 chunks of Tikka Massala along with a piece of Tandori Chicken. Without the added salad and large quantities of sliced lemon, this barely covered half of the plate. My partner ordered 'Tiger Prawn Goan Curry'. She was disappointed with her serving of a mild dish consisting of standard size prawns and a mere few too. Rice had to be ordered separately as did the naan (expected the bread to be separate). The best part was the poppadoms along with the chutneys and onion. We also drank 2 drinks each. The ambience was fitting with a fine dining experience. However, on the whole, with the final bulk just short of £: 80 for tiny servings it's suffice to say that we will never return to this establishment.

This is a great Indian restaurant, the curry was marvellous, and looked very appetising. However i wish there was a range of non-alcoholic wine and I feel like the price of beverages was a bit high. Although that was the only fault I found in this restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect and loved how they could cater for a family of 28.
