A lovely cafe with an interesting menu with some reliable standard favourite foods and a few newer vegan or vegetarian options. Very quick service with a friendly smile. Excellent prices in these difficult times. Thoroughly recommend this place.
We have been frequenting the Cariad Café for weekend breakfasts over the past 4 to 5 years. The food is always piping hot, fresh and tasty. The team are friendly and accommodating. We have tried other places but always return.
Called in today for some breakfast.
My wife had a large breakfast and I opted for the Welsh breakfast..
Wow, both meals cooked to perfection.
The quality of the products were of the finest.
Cockles and laverbread were outstanding.
All coupled with a really friendly...welcome and great customer service.

Called for lunch with my friend today absolutely delicious I had the lasagne and my friend had the ham egg and chips 10/10 for both will definitely call again .
Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the hair in my brother's cake. It shouldn't have happened, however, I appreciate mistakes do happen. Everything else about this cafe was PERFECT hence the 4 stars. Delicious coffee, generous servings of freshly baked goods, and...a cosy atmosphere.More
Great breakfast all round, can’t fault it. Some of the best mushrooms I’ve ever had, thick tasty bacon, buttered bread, tasty sausages but not too spicy, eggs cooked perfect! Very enjoyable thanks.
I wanted to have laverbread and cockles and was recommended this cafe. My daughter and I had a breakfast and it was wonderful. Everything was beautifully cooked and the bacon the best I have ever eaten. We stocked up with homemade cakes for later that...day too. Can't wait to come again.More
Massive Breakfast for just £7.95 and I can usually eat loads but this with 2 bacon, 2 egg, 2 sausage, mushrooms, hashbrown beans and 2 toast was quite a lot, BUT I managed it.
My wife had a small breakfast which she enjoyed too, and...then got a cake.
Hot chocolate and Coffee
Very good will go again, plus free parking across the road.
Friendly staff and clean tables.
Kitchen looked clean and running efficiently.
Thanks

Was recommended this little cafe by local residents as we pass it regularly. Had a lovely lunch, generous portions and milkshakes which made my eyes bigger than by belly (well almost). Excellent service in a lovely, well kept restaurant, will be back
