Great location, but thats about all that is great about this place. Cleanliness: poor Toilets: Poor, considering access is by Keypad code on receipt Staff: always alot but never doing what's needed. Staff in wrong areas. Slow to clear tables, untidy, and quite rude Atmosphere: Average when the background music isn't loud as what seems to be norm.

Wouldn't normally review somewhere like this however just popped in for a coffee with friends and totally shocked at the level of service being given to almost everyone whilst I was here. 'We promise we will make your drink just the way you like it'... Clearly Victoria Square Starbucks don't apply this moto! Some poor girl was left mortified after... More

Spent a fiver for a hot chocolate and despite that the WIFI was terrible. I asked the mix masters at front service area why they said you need to go upstairs for better WIFI. Well that does not work since my wife has a bad knee. Has Starbucks no knowledge that for 5 bucks WIFI should work in the entire... More

Okay so it's just coffee but this matters. Friendly, efficient staff, good coffee and a reasonable selection of tempting pastries. Unlike well known competition, they sell filter coffee. Great place.

I love my coffee and in all honesty Starbucks isxthe McDonald's of the coffee Barristers. The fact that you have to drink their coffee with flavoured syrup only indicates that they don't roast their beans they burn the tar out of them. If you want a good coffee try O'Briens in castle court or Costa some times I'll go to... More

The location of this Starbucks is great when but I visited it was dirty and untidy. When I visited about 4:50 apparently there was no coffee left. Really? I had to ask for a normal china cup as I was about to be served my tea in a takeaway cup even though I had already stated I was sitting in. As... More

Very handy Starbucks in the city centre and as always the coffee was really good. Great service from Joanna G. The tables were cleared and cleaned, so no problem finding a space to sit. A brilliant spot to people-watch!

Great coffee shop. I personally love the one in Castle Court, while I'm having a well deserved break from shopping I sit at the window and watch all the other shoppers on Royal Avenue. Love it. Go on give me me a yes if you agree.
