We dined here on Saturday evening, 8 of us sat down to eat at 6pm and didn't leave until 12.15 after dinner we decided to stay on for some cocktails wish were delicious and the staff organized a lovely booth for us to sit at then the music started which was brilliant. 3 of us are from Dublin and will... Visited with a group of colleagues during a stay in Belfast. The restaurant is very large so given it was a quiet evening, the restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere. That is my only real criticism however. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food was good, especially the desserts. Overall, we all enjoyed our evening and ate well. Thanks

As the name suggests this restaurant is located near Queens University so is not in the city centre. It is within walking distance however ( if you have walking shoes on and are in the mood to work up an appetite). It is much better to hop in a taxi, only a couple of pounds. The restaurant has the wow... More

Called here for lunch. Two of our party had minute steaks and i opted for the cumberland sausage special. Food was nice although portions were very small. Friendly staff and good service so we had a relaxing environment. Great outdoor area along the front as an option in the nice weather.

I have been at this restaurant numerous times over the years, at least once a month. The food is always excellent and the staff are always so friendly.

The place is very nice, we waited at the bar until everyone had arrived, we didnt feel rushed. The table was well presented and the staff were really nice and helpful. All but one had a brilliant meal bar one, but that was more of the wrong choice than the meal. Its pricey but probably worth it.

Maybe our expectations were too high but overall we were left feeling very disappointed following our visit to Deane's at Queens. I had soup for starters which was delicious. It was accompanied by "crusty bread" which came without butter and was only ok. Water seemed to be an issue for the staff as we had to repeatedly ask the waiting... More

Attended with a large group. There was another equally big party present in restaurant at the same time.Waited 1 hour 20 mins for our starter. Very dissatisfied with this. Food was good. Steaks were really good but very pricey. Overall service let this meal down. Do not take on a booking from large group if you cannot cope. Had a... More

So, walked in, a room swimming with people and a positive atmosphere, you could think 'Oh no, it's packed, everyone is workingso hard this is going to be awful!' - it's probably what you'd normally think right? Well, change that perception! Yes, it was incredibly busy, it's Saturday night, but all the staff are incredible, not once throughout the evening... More
