Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Paid £50 pp for country bottomless brunch. Due to start at 12.30,doors didn’t open until 12:55! Drinks where extreme limited we where only allowed mimosa, daiquiri, aperol spritz and few others but no main cocktails like mojito or anything. We didn’t get to choose our food either....Myself and my friend where the last people in the entire place to be served food and that was literally 20mins before we where rushed out of seats for the next brunch session to start. Food was a fried egg a sausage, mushroom a streak of fat(supposed to be bacon) a piece of bread that was so hard it didn’t even break when I cracked it of the table!! Safe to say I won’t be back!!! I tried uploading the video I took of me hitting the bread on the table but no vids allowedMore

The venue is really nice and the entertainment that evening was excellent. The food was ok, but the service was beyond bad. After 20 minutes we had to ask if we could be served. Food arrived about 45 minutes after that and then we had...to beg somebody to bring us the bill. I used 2 buyagift vouchers and got a phone call the next day asking me if I knew where the staff put the second one. How was I supposed to know?More

Bottomless brunch never have I seen or tasted anything as vile in my life! There was a menu on the table however we did not get an option. The most disgusting fry known to humans was sat in front of everyone! Tried to cut my...bread and it flew off the table!! The sausage must have been cooked a week prior as you would have needed a steak knife to cut it! The bacon.....OH GOD! Received 3 drinks and no one came back near us. JUST AVOID!!!!!More

Nice atmosphere and decor, cocktails were good however ordered 3 Tapas plates to share they all came separately waiting about 10 minutes for the next dish to come tried to bring the wrong dish multiple times, also incredibly small portions for the price, would go...back for drinks not food.More

Can’t argue with the food it was great. The service was however shocking, sat waiting for ages with the only server walking about flicking her ponytail. It wasn’t busy at all, I’d hate to be in there when it was.

Booked this place for a Saturday night when we came to Belfast. Food was nice enough and cocktails were good. But the music was waay too loud. Couldn’t hear the people at my table. It felt like we were sitting in the middle of a...niteclub having our dinner at 7.30. Very unnecessary to have music this loud so early on in the evening. Bathrooms an absolute tip also. Loud music just totally ruined the experienceMore

A reasonable and tasty menu with a friendly and warm staff. The Cuban twist on the very Irish fish and chips was delicious. Exciting menu, full bar serving wonderful cocktails all in a gorgeous setting in central Belfast. An absolutely lovely dining experience.

Booked a table for a group of friends on a Saturday night. I was emailed beforehand offering 50% off a drinks tab which has to be pre paid. This was fine and we made the payment. Arrived and the venue was very busy (happy to...make allowances for this) however as you’re being brought to your table and reminded multiple times throughout your meal that they need the table back asap, doesn’t make for a welcoming atmosphere. Table service was very slow, food was basic. Moved to the bar to then use the bar tab and this is where the problems began. Every single time we ordered a drink the bar staff acted like this was a foreign concept and we were an inconvenience even though it was emailed and offered to us as a promotion. Each time they had to go and get a more senior member of staff to serve us. Again the bar was so slow to get served. A member of our party then noticed a sign saying that particular promotion ended at 9pm. We were never informed about this. The entire night felt like a battle to get drinks which we had paid for upfront and to make use of the promotion. It is like a cattle market and there is not enough staff to cope… or seemingly trained how to serve customer efficiently. Worth a visit if you like slow service, being made to feel like an inconvenience and haven’t had an anxiety attack in a while!More

Great cocktail masterclass from Dave. He was good fun and we had a great time a group of 16. I'd definetly reccomend! We had a good 3-4 drinks each so it was good value for money.

Yes it's better to book ahead as it's a very popular place in the centre and always busy most nights.
