Came here for breakfast on a recent trip as our hotel was around the corner. My partner had the all day fry which he really enjoyed and I had a lovely scone. Quirky place and good service.

We were over to watch some ice hockey from Wales and a Giants Fan also a member of staff recommended The Harlem Cafe as the place to have breakfast, we tried it and loved it!! Many thanks for the recommendation! Will call in again before we leave for Wales.

Saturday morning breakfast, 5 minutes walk from our hotel and recommended by the Concierge. The decor and ambience is fab, soft lighting, chandeliers and quirky pictures. We were lucky to be seated quickly as it turned busy shortly after we arrived at about 10am. The Irish breakfast was perfect for my husband and the omelette was enough for me. The... More

I like cooking and am very particular about my food. I ordered steak and ale pie from the special's menu. This pie is heavenly, it has brocolli, garlic and a beautiful mushroom combination with ale. Highly recommended... Also, great atmosphere..

After arriving in Belfast at 11am on Sunday morning we were starting to feel peckish, this cafe was recommended by the receptionist at the hotel. What a fantastic recommendation! My partner went for a pot of tea (wow the teapots are beautiful) and the Irish breakfast.....there wasn't a thing left on the plate so that says it all....Delicious! I had... More

An execellent venue for informal lunch. Decor relaxing and always busy and buzzing. Staff very pleasant, owner impressive her attention to detail and personal service exceptional. Food is good, this cafe is all about atomosphere for me. Well worth a visit for lunch and execellent for a tea/coffee break.

While the menu was limited (was a Valentine menu)....we need not have worried ....real fresh fish cakes in a lentil base were divine and sole just fell of the bone - expertly cooked. The decor is interesting...pictures adorn all available wall space and candelabra and chandeliers add a slight Gothic feel. Whereas waiters lend a light hipster feel. Service was... More

For my fiancé and I, this restaurant is second to none... The whole experience is one you'll remember... The decor puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door, very vintage... The staff are the most helpful around the city, always smiling and never a hassle to help. This is all before the food has been ordered...... More

Pros: -friendly and efficient staff. -fast service. -quirky interior. -reasonably priced tasty food (We got the scrambled eggs/poached eggs/full Irish. All pleased with our choices.) -Ate on a Sunday at around 1pm and wasn't waiting too long for a table at all. Con: -tables of 4 or more are subject to 10% service charge.
