We recommend you book in advance as this place is quite small and obviously in demand. We totally understand why. From the moment you walk in staff are great easy going whilst still being attentive. We liked we were told what was not available so...More

Quiet Restaurant which is exactly what I wanted. Food was lovely, no issues with any of it and it was reasonably priced. Service was great and staff were friendly.

This was a nice little place that seemed quite popular with locals. The food was good wholesome fare but nothing memorable. Probably a wee bit pricey but atmosphere and staff was very nice and certainly not a bad option if nearby.

I booked this restaurant on the basis of a review I’d read, but you know what they say about reviews. Well it’s true, Darcey’s is fabulous. The food was stunning, I had the best rump ever, and my other half had a lamb shank. Service...More

Amazing food and service, There was a range of dishes, but I would recommend the vegetarian pie! Gets 4 stars as the vegan chocolate cake was very dry, but overall the food was incredible.

We didn’t and went twice. However, we ate rather early, around 6:30. I would think you should make a reservation if you know your time but perhaps slower in February.
