I have NO idea how this place was voted the 'Best Indian Restaurant in Belfast'. Who voted for this? And more importantly why? We were very disappointed with the small portions and the fact that the service could be improved by the waiting staff paying...More

Recently dined at Safa, we had the samosa and veg pakora to start and chicken chilli masala and chicken bhuna with pilau rice and naan for main. Service was good and the food really good- I'll definitely be back and would recommend to others

Went for a friends birthday, great night out. Without a doubt the best indian I've had in belfast. Owner/Chef Ali came to the table and had a chat, great guy and passionate about his food.

Three of us had lunch on a quiet November Sunday. The service was quick and the staff very attentive. Will definitely return for an evening meal where the menu is more extensive. The homemade dip for the Vegetable Pakora starter was fantastic and the Pilau...More

Contemporary Indian cuisine, located on bank street in the heart of Belfast City centre. At Safa we offer authentic Indian recipes and traditional style of cooking. Ali takes great pride in cooking to order and grinding all his own spices so it really is the closest to Indian home cooking you can get. We also have a full bar and incredible wine list.
