The first two visits the food was lovely however that quickly changed. The food has went downhill drastically my husband ordered cajun mushrooms with garlic dip to start, what came was three tiny burnt mushrooms. Steak that was ordered medium rare came well done with side salad now non-existent. Wee touches like that make all the difference and any salad... More

We visited for Sunday lunch , the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful . We ordered from the Sunday lunch menu and couldn't fault any of our 3 courses. Our daughter had a meal from the kids menu which she enjoyed. The decor is also really nice, overall a pleasant experience and we will be back .

There was a fairly good choice on the menu. Portions were generous and tasty. The food was served on nice warmed plates. I had steak and my friend had fish. Both enjoyed the meal. The barmaid was very attentive and friendly.

We had Sunday lunch at the Crooked Mile recently. The starter of Mussels was excellent but the sauce served with the salmon main course didn't work for me. The goujons for starters and chicken and steaks with pepper sauce went down well with the rest of the family as did the desserts. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be... More

The bar was cosy and the food was very nice. Next time we went the bistro was open and its much nicer. Again, the food was... More
