Christmas night out

We went here for a Christmas night out with friends! Service and food was amazing! Special thanks to Monika who just always makes our night so much better! She is always bubbly, is very attentive and goes above and beyond for customers! We’ve had her...three times now and hope we get her the next time too!More

Fab restaurant

Booked Fratellis for an evening meal with 10 relatives over from England. From the minute we arrived the service was outstanding. The bar man with the lovely red hair was a really nice friendly guy and great to chat with.The manager was fantastic sorting us...out with a great table upstairs. Thank you for helping us out, sorry I didn’t get your name. The portions were huge and the food was great. Super service from the waitresses. The relatives loved it so thanks again. A real credit to the Belfast restaurant scene. ChristineMore

Very Poor and Daylight Robbery Soft Drinks Prices

Went here for Dinner tonight before going over to the Grand Opera House. No menu with prices outside. Ordered 4 soft drinks, asked if we wanted large and said yes. Weren't shown a drinks price list. £6.60 for a 3/4 filled pint glass so £26.40...for the 4 soft drinks. Never been mugged in Belfast before tonight. Wifes burger was overpriced too and pink in the middle. Shame on Galgorm Group for daylight robbery soft drinks prices and not providing a price list before ordering. AVOID. Never again.More

Great meal and ambience

Visited for evening meal which was delicious. Came back the following night and were remembered and warmly greeted. It was Saturday night and they were busy but still managed to find us a table where we again enjoyed a superb meal. Would thoroughly recommend

AMAZING RESTAURANT IN BELFAST!!! Must go!!

The food was delicious and the staff was great! Monika was the absolute best! Definitely will be making a stop next time we’re in Northern Ireland!

Good food, portion sizes HUGE!!

Friendly busy atmospheric restaurant which for saying it was a rainy cold Sunday evening and they were full is saying something! Food was great, quite generic Italian and they also didn’t have my first choice which is the reason for the 4stars alongside the quite...slow service which the waitress did repeatedly apologise for. As I said, it was busy and the kitchen was clearly slammed. The wait staff were running round at 100 miles an hour but cheerfully! Portion sizes are HUGE!!! I cannot emphasis this enough! I had the ‘small’ portion and couldn’t finish it, my husband had the large and it looked like he had barely touched it by the time he was stuffed. The waitress was lovely but after we’d ordered/ eaten said she never recommends the large portion…More

Terrible Fratellis

Terrible experience. We were brought the wrong meal , got it changed when new meal came it was wrong AGAIN.They offered to change it again but we didn't have time as we were going to a show.Amazingly they still charged us full price.I would never...go back or recommend this place to anyone.More

Go hungry!

The food was excellent as was the service. Crazy to be charged £3.80 for small 7up mixer though Most unusually the main course portions were huge and the two of us left half as we were so full. We hate to waste food especially when...it is so good. There are half size pasta portions which would have been plenty. It is not a complaint but to be noted when going there.More

Excellent

The staff were very welcoming and very professional. The food at first seemed very expensive but when you order it you can see what Great value it is. Absolutely fabulous. The dessert is slightly over priced at 5 pounds for a mini dessert and the...coffee is crazy expensive. The decor is fabulous. A good experience overall.More

Delicious and superb service

Had a delicious meal here last night with my daughter before a show in the Grand Opera House. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! I have some complex allergies and eating out can be stressful sometimes however these guys were so helpful...and really put my mind at rest so I could enjoy the food with my daughter!!More

A must visit!

Such a lovely front of house upon greeting us at the door. Ray the Manager was a real genuine & friendly fella. Food was amazing and plentiful. Nothing to much trouble. Highly recommend if visiting Belfast for an enjoyable meal!

Fantastic Italian meal in Belfast. Perfect ending to a cool, rainy day! Ray, Maria and Chef Fabrazio were fantastic!

We were greeted warmly by Ray and had great service by Maria! Our son asked if he could meet the Chef and Ray took him and introduced him to Chef Fabrizio who cooked us some fabulous Italian food! The carbonara was fantastic and there was...a great wine selection!More

Outstanding experience!

Outstanding experience at Fratelli as out party of 8 showed up with no reservation at 8pm. Ray took care of us immediately. Marysia was our waitress & she was wonderful! The atmosphere is cozy, the food was exceptional & the service was great. We started...with the Bruschetta, had Chicken Parm & Carbonara for our entrees. Ray is the best!More
