Quite poor dinner - soapy potatoes, rubbery meat, everything lacking real flavour including the chips!

Ate here early one Saturday evening with a friend. We both chose from the pre-theatre menu where you could have 2 courses for £16.50 or 3 courses for £20.50. We had staters of fish cakes and bread and both had the Thai green chicken curry...More

I have eaten here with various different friends over many years and I cannot fault the place in any single aspect. The food is (continually) beyond outstanding, the service and attention to detail is fantastic (but never overbearing or irritating) and the prices have remained...More

Decided to try this place after the good reviews. We weren't disappointed as we had a lovely meal. Staff very friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the chicken starter, sea bass and the lemon posset. Excellent meal.

I’m not sure how long this restaurant has been opened as I did know if it’s existence until a family member recommend it. We tried it before a show in the GOH as they serve a pre-theatre menu. It’s a small cosy little bistro with...More

Went for lunch this week. Service was friendly, food was nice. Good value for money. I got the crispy chicken though and just felt that it also needed a dipping sauce or something. But it was still nice and id go again

There were definitely vegetarian options on the menu but couldn't be sure if they were vegan. The manager / owner was very helpful though, I'm sure if you contacted them in advance they could have vegan options available.
