Charming and cozy restaurant providing unfussy but delicious food close to University College. The thin potato pancakes called boxtys are the signature dish. Fillings are seafood or chicken both in creamy sauces. We had one of each and didn’t leave a scrap. Tasty desserts (spicy...ample crumble and a tipsy chocolate mousse) were also enjoyed, friendly efficient service. What’s not to like ?More

Fantastic restaurant for a higher end meal in Belfast. I booked online but accidentally booked for 2 not 3 - the manager was able to accomodate us at a slightly later time very kindly. We sat in a very cute booth. The food was absolutely...delicious and well priced, and the staff were very kind, hospitable and had great recommendations. Highly recommend this restaurant for a meal in Belfast - but book ahead!More

Excellent food, great service and a fair price. One suggestion, it was a little crowded upstairs but overall a great experience.

Food and service was first class. I had steak sandwich and was cooked to perfection with freshly cut and lovely seasoning on the chips. The menu for lunch looked better than dinner if that is 1 constructive thing I could say. Fairly priced for the...quality of food we received. Would love to go back for lunch again.More

A delightful restaurant, service is great. The food is divine. This is another restaurant in Belfast that is splendid anywhere in the world and should be put on a list of places to visit. Definitely make a reservation. I did not find all the food...to be sublime, but it was all really really good and that is the thing with food and many other things in life, we all have different tastes. This is absolutely a restaurant to try and rate yourself and one I would visit again.More

I think it’s best you contact the restaurant directly. There was certainly quite a large group when I was there.

I had a Vegetarian Boxty myself and it was absolutely delicious. Not sure about Vegan options but I would definitely call the restaurant and ask. They are very friendly and helpful.
