We both ordered sirloin steaks from the lunch menu. Our Food arrived in good time, but was a little disappointing. I had ordered my steak cooked medium, but alas was rather... More

Went to get lunch and we wanted to go somewhere else and the others were full so we arrived in Uluru. Very few in so no bother getting a table. Sunday lunch was a bit expensive but we took two courses. The wait was long maybe 20mins . Very tasty but dessert was yuk, cheesecake in pots was just goo.... More

We had a meal here on Sunday evening before going to the Marketplace theatre. We all enjoyed it and the venison special was a hearty portion with was appreciated. I especially liked the prawn& squid starter that was in a singaporean curry style sauce.

Been here a few times an its very unpredictable. Was here last nite and definitely going down rapidly. Staff seemed completely bored, although friendly enough. Looking straight into the kitchen there's one chef walking about texting with an another chewing away peaking out at you - not a great look. The only one doing anything was a chef in black.... More

We beg to differ. For many reasons. First and foremost, our service and quality of food delivered to tables is to a very high standard, consistently. We prove this every day. We have a very engaging social media following, and, our chefs, albeit it may look like they are texting, are not. We all work as a team to keep... More

We booked for 4 people for a pre-theatre meal. The service was very good, our waitress explained things on the menu and the food was delivered quickly when ordered. Two had sea food pasta which was good, huge portions. I had a trio of fish with a beautiful risotto, perfect. One had brisket in a bap with chips, again a... More

The head chef at Uluru Bar & Grill has been cooking and leading the team of chefs in Uluru for over 12 years now. He is still here - every day in the pass. His name is Mark McGonigle. It's the Executive Chef who left a number of months ago. The standard of cooking remains consistently high at Uluru Bar... More
