On a visit from New York, we went to a party, a private event, at Great Jones. Really excellent! Great food, New York quality, great choice of cocktails, and the service was excellent. Recommended!

Stumbled upon this place and we were impressed. Modern decor with really tasty food. Nice staff and great coffee. We just had the burgers but they were good.

Vegans, although this is not a dedicated vegan restaurant it was the most accommodating and full of choice. This is mainly down to the restaurants and on particular the male waiters interest in his job. Happy food and very reasonable.

In May 2015, Great Jones Craft and Kitchen made it’s debut in the seaside town of Newcastle, bringing a fresh and exciting spin to the restaurant scene in the town, delivering a casual dining experience with a focus on quality and style. A carefully crafted menu has been designed to deliver the best in modern Irish cuisine with an innovative twist on classic dishes. A fantastic collection of craft beers from around Ireland, Britain and both sides of Lake Atlantic with New York flair put on a cocktail menu designed with everyone’s tastes in mind. Working with local suppliers to ensure a quality product is delivered is a key part of Great Jones ethos. Great Jones Craft & Kitchen is named after a street in New York City where owners Sean Paul and Lorena have spent over a decade molding their skills in the hospitality industry. Menus can be viewed on our website.
