Ive know this bar for decades. It has always been one step ahead of the competition. The staff are the epic and present the better side of this historic city.

Called into Badgers today for lunch with my daughter. When we got in I was sure we would be asked to wait for a table it was so busy. But we were acknowledged almost immediately andseated very quickly. The menu is good, nothing overly fancy. I had chicken wrap with garlics and my daughter had chicken burger with garlics. Along... Absolutely beautiful food, nice atmosphere, staff were very down to earth and helpful. Appears pricey for a lunch initially but the volume of good quality food served makes it well worth the money. Wouldn't go here if you're in a rush (food arrived after a 15-20 minute wait) but if you need a break from shopping it is the perfect... More

Just been to Derry with 30 other blokes and basically camped in the Badgers. Fantastic hosts, fantastic Guiness, fantastic atmosphere and fantastic location. If you are in Derry, then you have to visit the Badgers for a drink. I did not eat in there but witnessed and smelt the glorious food coming out the kitchen. Just visit it !

A group of us visited for just a light lunch of soup. Little did we know we had to wait for over 30mins we were just about to leave then they came. All this for a bowl of soup😯 I don't think I will be back due to this😕 the soup was lovely but just not worth the hassle
