An absolutely brilliant visit for a spot of lunch, wonderful warm welcome from the staff, very calm and inviting atmosphere, the food was excellent, I had soup and a sandwich, the chef's home made lentil soup was excellent, and the ham and cheese sandwich well presented with salad, coleslaw and crisps. This gem of a pub is clean and well looked after, the ladies toilets were spotless and pretty fancy ! As I volunteer nearby I will certainly be visiting again.

One of the best pubs I have ever found. Amazing food great atmosphere fantastic TVs bar staff are amazing manager so friendly down to earth. The memorable around the pub is awesome this is an excellent pub would highly recommend great food at affordable prices

McNasty’s?? Should be called McNicey’s!!
First time here, first impressions excellent. Clean looking from outside, food reasonably priced and inviting. Bar staff are very friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble.
Instantly greeted by Laura at the bar with a very friendly hello love, how are you? and took my drinks order. I was instantly blown away by the service…not what I am used to at all. Even brought my drink to the table and suggested the best place to sit.
Amazing atmosphere. As I am writing this, there is a male vocalist singing, what a voice! Bought him a pint and requested a Johnny Cash song, which he sang straightaway.
Karaoke later (the reason I came here) and I have high expectations now. I am sure it will be a brilliant night. Aberdeen always is.
I will certainly consider this my favourite pub so far.
Yet to try the food here…that will be tomorrow! 😀😂
And yes…back for karaoke again! Just hope my voice holds up…..

I was in Aberdeen on business. I’m a Sunderland fan and they were on TV on the same night as Champions League matches. I phoned in advance to ask if they would mind putting the match on for me on one of their 13 screens. I spoke to Ian who was very helpful and said he would see what he could do, but couldn’t guarantee. I walked in 15 mins before the match and bingo - thanks Ian and thanks team - great atmosphere, friendly crowd and great service with a smile. The TV screens are all around the bar, all the same size and the image is great quality. Would highly recommend

Being a Transman, it can be very intimidating going out for drinks, especially when it comes to needing the toilet. This is why Mcnastys almost always ends up being my last pub of the night because the staff; respectful mention to Carla - are extremely accommodating. It puts me at ease on a night out if I'm in Mcnastys because I feel safe and comfortable and I know I can enjoy my night out. It also has excellent entertainment with the Karaoke!
All round excellent pub.

This is a really good pub for sports. There is maybe a dozen massive screens and then numerous smaller ones everywhere. Screens are playing different sports simultaneously. Atmosphere was great. I thought the bar staff were all lovely and friendly. Prices of beers was good, not expensive at all. This really a restaurant although TA lists it as such. You can get bar meals, but there is not a lot of choice. They are sticking to the traditional favourites. Pub first, sports bar second, restaurant third I'd say. That's fine as it works great at what it is. Remember that there is still no uber in Aberdeen so you'll need taxi numbers or the taxi rank on the next street over, only 1 minute walk.

Was out with friends on Saturday. Spent a few hours in the afternoon at McNastys then went out for dinner. We then decided to come back to McNastys as service and buzz was good.
Stayed there till after 1pm.
Great time, great service and buzzing atmosphere.
Defiantly be again when in Aberdeen

Great boozer great food but the lassie behind the bar is a crabbit face so in so. Terrible attitude and a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp. Good bevy and food though great for watching football but she puts me off going back after coming here for 2 years

Brilliant music. Worst bar staff I’ve ever come across. Racist, rude horrible little boys. Need to come in to the 21 st century. 4 people at the bar and still wouldn’t serve me. They need to review their staff

We have been on a visit this month and last month. We chose to come to McNastys as they are dog friendly. They are a great little pub. Lovely food. Good service and very polite staff. We will most definitely be back again.
