Very much enjoyed lunch here using an It Is On deal. This definitely won't be our last visit! Really lovely freshly made bread and sandwiches, good range of tasty tray bakes and lovely coffee. It's great to see a social enterprise doing such a good job and I would gladly return for lunch or coffee. Great deals and a good... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to review the bread maker. We see our unique selling point has always been our fresh quality bread and confectionery that is unrivaled as it is made in the bakery bellow the coffee house , meaning your sandwich could be so fresh it only came out the oven a very short time... This is the cutest place I have visited in a long time... Maybe it doesn't have the flashy outside, and perhaps it is a bit small, but definitely leaves a mark on you. One of the rare places where you get a cute smile with your coffee and fresh cakes, pancakes and breafast from the always happy staff, most definitely... More

I have been to this bakery/cafe twice and each time I have been quite unimpressed with the limited choice of breads on offer. It may be a nice cafe, but I honestly prefer to buy bread in saintsburies as they have much more variety and the breads look much more appealing on the selves compared to the Breadmaker.

If there is a certain type of bread you are looking for... More

I visit here regularly and it's one of my preferred options for meeting friends . It's just the right size and staff very friendly. They have a great choice of sandwiches, soups and cakes and give you a choice . I've found that if you ask them for something it isn't a problem . Well worth the money x

Went here a couple of times now, bread is great and much better value than buying it at your local supermarket. Great sandwiches that are very cheap and lovely staff. Good place to go if you don't want to spend too much and support your local community!

Just spent a really great day on "The Bread Maker" bread making course. Over coffee and fresh pastries, Donald introduced the 5 "trainees" to Darren and Mathew the bakers and told us about the bakery and their charity and commitment to working with special needs adults. We then started to make our haul of fresh bread, seriously it was great!... More

Met some friends there, I had the last piece of the carrot cake, normally I wouldn't take it, but since it s a bakery I risked and...I lost. It was old. Service was excellent though and the prices very good.

We are sorry if you felt the product was not fresh ,... More

Popped in for lunch. Soup was lovely, bread was fab, my sons homemade sausage rolll was scrumptious however the real winner was the staff. Friendly, engaging( the cook came out and chatted to us).
