Hi thanks for getting in touch. We have been asked this question on various occasions so decided to find out properly via the environmental health as to the best way to do it.
To do it 'properly ' we need to have a completely separate fryer, equipment etc so I'm afraid our budget and lack of space means it's not an option. I know a lot of places offer a gluten free option but as it was explained to us there will still be large traces of gluten if these places are using the same fryer etc for both options. We do however steam fish for customers (not in batter though) and we can pan fry and do so on many occasions.
