The breakfast was absolutely magic! I went for the Arbroath Smokie and poached egg. The only thing I would change is the coffee, a tad bitter....

To have a beautifully moist tender succulent lush pork fillet laid bare cooked to the moment of perfection is a very rare thing. If the chefs can do that with a pork fillet I blummin hope they put lamb cutlets on the menu. nils.out

Simply stunning Breakfast! Eggs to perfection, high quality bacon and sausage, haggis, black pudding, cherry tomatoes, beans, potato cakes and sourdough toast and possibly the best mushrooms I've ever tasted. Visited with friends and we all gave the Chef a round of applause, it was that good!

Visited in January for something to eat. Late breakfast. The friendly staff were very accommodating and able to adjust menu to my daughters needs. Good service, friendly and helpful. Good food, very tasty. Liked the refreshing jug of water. Like that well behaved dogs are welcomed in the bar area. Thank you.

We could choose our table and were instantly given large slices of bread and butter and oil. We ordered starters of halloumi and cullen skink- there wasn't... More

Visited on a Saturday night for dinner. We had booked and were promptly show to our table in the spacious dining room. Limited, but interesting, specials were chalked on the blackboard as you enter. Actual menu for main courses was a little limited to pub grub types of dishes. Wine was reasonably priced with a good selection. Bread and dip... More
